I’d like to share my experience with Mr Oud Team because their service has been absolutely outstanding.
There was an issue with the shipping company that lost my package — something that was completely out of their control. Even so, they took full responsibility, resolved everything quickly, and even sent me an extra perfume as a gift.
Truly exceptional customer service, professional, responsive, and genuinely caring. I will definitely order again. Highly recommended!

Fast shipping and good bottle
Surprisingly fast shipping, and my bottle of Elysia Vanilla was already quite darkened/macerated which was a nice surprise! I don’t usually leave trust pilot reviews but they emailed after the order asking for one, and I was pretty pleased with how quickly the order was processed and the quality of the bottle I got so decided to leave a review.

Great website and customer service
This is the third time i buy from them, they ship very fast and the products are well protected. I've had an issue with my last order, the delivery company notified me that my package was "damaged" so i contacted Mister Oud and they were very helpfull and fast to try to fix that issue. I recommand and will buy again from them

Great Customer Support, Perfumes Received
At first, I faced some issues with my delivery—the tracking was stuck, and it even showed as delivered when I hadn’t received my order. However, after reaching out, the team responded quickly and resolved the situation. I finally received my perfumes, and I’m very happy with them! Really appreciate the support and the way the problem was handled. Overall, a good experience in the end.

If we wouldn't have resolved it for you, than we deserve that review 100%. But Mister Oud always finds a way to fix any problems with missing orders. Thats is our guarantee. Please check your email for our reaction and solution for the missing order.

Mister Oud is very transparent in the shipping costs . We have a clear price list comparison between Home delivery and DPD service points on our shipping page.
, which saves 40-50% in costs . You clearly chose service point delivery with a reason which is €7,95 and you live in Spain and we are based in Amsterdam / Netherlands. Otherwise it would have been €14,95 . Shipping does cost money and is not for free. Especially from the Netherlands. We have the best prices for shipping. Do your homework before you start claiming these false arguments. Thank you.
