AVOID. My order was never delivered. Customer service responded with they will follow up with an investigation that will take 5 days. 10days and I got same response. Another 10 days same response. And again and then they stopped replying. Awful experience.
AVOID and shop in alternative trustworthy shops.
Order arrived with 1 item missing.
Reply from Customer Service, instead of an apology and immediate refund: “We will look into it and let you know”.
What is there to let me know, other than immediately refunding me, like all other e-commerce companies do?
In any case, they never did “let me know” anything at all, and all my subsequent e-mails remained unanswered.
Note at the end of their order confirmation e-mails: "We take all complaints seriously and always look for an appropriate solution."
