I was charged over 30€ to resole shoes, and over 70€ for a copy of a car key. I had flu, which at 75 years old is challenging. I should have refused to pay, but felt weak & manipulated. The shoes were poorly soled, and the key copy did not work! This company is a scam, and have no conscience in robbing pensioners. AVOID! The Eroski centre in Velez Malaga needs a cobbler and key-cutter. Exposing & denouncing Mister Minit will hopefully improve the service of the hypermarket, and protect vulnerable customers.

Called in to have a watch battery fitted and the next day the watch began steaming/condensating up.
Returned to the shop only to be told: “ that’s because when we change the battery it’s no longer waterproof”
I replied “ that would’ve been useful to know at the time of changing the battery wouldn’t it”
He replied “ you should’ve asked”
He then proceeded to take the back off to show me the seal was indeed squashed and then said “ we don’t have spare seals” after which he dried it out under a heater and the watch hasn’t worked since!
I will take it elsewhere and get it serviced hopefully but wrote to head office who ignored me but added me to their marketing list !! Be warned people don’t use this company - this was a £350 watch 5+ years ago and having had batteries fitted prior, I never experienced anything like this.
