The dress fits perfectly, however the straps and back appear to be a little stretched out as if it was tried on previously. It’ll be fine to wear once I mend the straps a bit. The dress is beautiful and the sequin design is stunning.

Do not buy from here. I ordered a dress and after 3 months I never got it. I emailed then and they told me they didn't have the color I wanted. So I asked for a refund. They tried to give me another dress instead but I was insistent that they return my money. Eventually they did but it took a total of about 4 months for this whole transaction.

It’s my worst experience ever. I ordered the dress and it came damaged. When I contacted with a buyer and said I want to return that dress and it’s not the same as it was pictured they told me that they would send me another dress. I send that dress back (I paid for shipping) and it’s been 3 weeks and I still didn’t get anything! Neither my dress nor money back! I’m so angry 🤬

BEWARE when trying to return MIS-SOLD items - they will make the postage process so expensive leaving you no option but to haggle a small discount for you to “re-make”.

If I could give -5 stars I would. Ordered shoes three months ago. Sent countless emails. Haven’t even received a reply. This is messed up on so many levels. I am reporting them as this is illegal.

I wish I could leave this place unrated. WORST place to order from and deal with. I ordered a dress for an event only to find out 6 WEEKS later they didn’t not ship it out because it was out of stock. No one told me this during the 6 weeks until I emailed them about a refund. Only thing they wanted to do is send that dress in a different color, until I demanded a refund. It’s been a month since then and I had to dispute the charge through my credit card company. Recently found out Misstook charged me for it yet again. Do not shop here!

I complained And customer service instead of saying sorry or just showing some respect to my email, the only thing they said was we don't return the sales....$370 for a piece of garbage its really a good sale...

I found this website and I was about to order two pairs of shoes. The shipping fee was $999!!!! What a joke. Didn't purchase obviously but then I went over here and saw all the bad reviews. Screw this site. So sorry for everyone that went through with their purchase

This is the worse ever experience I ever had in my life!!! Total scam!!!😡😡😡 dress was nothing like what showed on the photo! Poor quality!! They do not offer refund either! The block you every time you try to contact then! It’s illegal even what they do to people! Complete disgrace!!!

Scammers, they claim to be LA based company but actual dresses are made and shipped from CHINA! The sizes do not fit and quality is horrid. Also they don’t issue refunds

Just ordered a dress from Misstook, really should be called ‘Mistake’!
Firstly: sizing! I measured myself against their size chart and went for the size that was slightly bigger than my measurements, the dress came and I could hardly get it on my body! Definitely not true to its measurements!
Secondly: they do not highlight that they don’t accept returns! I only found that out after ordering the item by searching through their policies! You’ll spend so much money on their dress, only to be stuck with something that does not fit and is low quality. Not to mention my dress had a rip in it, but they still wouldn’t accept the return!
Thirdly: they say they’re based in LA, probably to seem more attractive and legit as a company. However they are based in Hong Kong, you will also only find that out upon delivery when you get hit with customs tax.

Do yourself a favour and do not dismiss these bad reviews, you will regret it. It’s such a bad company, and such bad service.

If I could give no rating I would! I ordered two dresses for my mum’s surprise 60th in Sep 2019, spending a total £350 including shipping. I ordered these dresses in August a month in advance if the celebration. The dresses didn’t arrive until mid October. They refused to provide a refund have poor communication and the dresses that arrived were not even worth it! Don’t do it!

I can't emphasise enough that this company is a SCAM.. THEY ARE A FRAUD and the company should be reported to the ACCC (if your Australian based) please no matter how much isolation is making you add to cart. ADD some other companies clothing to your cart not this ONE. I have waited 4 months for one item at a cost of $150 and I have emailed frequently and they have just updated there return policy to advise that they don't refund for at all ANY ITEMS. Meaning you could get a garment with a massive hole in it and you WILL HAVE TO WEAR IT GIRL! No matter how much you want to be a QUARANQUEEN.. QUARANTINE MISSTOOK!

I ordered some shoes and 3 months later I still haven’t received them and they keep writing that it’s on the way. It’s a scam company don’t buy anything it’s lost of money

Total scam. I would rate zero. I ordered my wedding dress from Misstook with express shipping and two months later I still did not have the dress! In the meantime I got married and lost $200. I have explained to them I want a full refund and they respond ‘there was a processing issue, we will expedite your dress.’

They don’t understand I don’t want their dress!!! I don’t expect to get a refund reading these other reviews :(

This customer service is horrible. I have been emailing and calling them everyday for the past week and they have not responded or answered me at all. The dress I ordered looked very different from the picture they have online. If you are going to buy something from them you need to make sure that it is exactly what you want because returning it will be the hardest thing to do since they do not respond to their customers.

Do not purchase from these crooks. If you do you'll get ripped off by them like I did ! I called Fedx with the tracking number LA Saver gave me and found out i got scammed.
