No delivery

Ordered on the 03/05 for a 2 to 3 day delivery, sent a query on delivery on the 11/05, said in transit, it’s now the 14/05 and no site of my order!

Terrible

Terrible! I checked shipping was different than payment. When I was finally able to put in your 6 digit verification number YOU changed to shipping for order #U263194. I DO NOT want this order sent to the Fl USA address!!

Necklace turned up in an appalling…

Necklace turned up in an appalling tangled mess. Supposedly worth £545, turns up looped through a bag and in a huge knot. The gift wrap was glued to the box tightly, so having to damage that was already annoying but thank god I did as I would have been nothing but embarrassed handing this gift over to my Mother on her 60th Birthday. Tried to contact via email as this is their contact on the site, only to get a bounce back "because the recipient's email address isn't listed in the domain's directory"!! Do not order.

Really pleased with the quality and price of my order. It came beautifully packaged and the earrings themselves still look brand new even though they have been worn frequently since purchasing.

No replacement under warranty

The gold chain on the necklace broke, but Missoma won't replace it under their 2 year warranty as they are out of stock, even though lots of their other necklaces are very similar/the same. I don't need the pendant part (which is what is presumably out of stock), just the chain. Very disappointing result from their customer service team.

I had great exparinace with this…

I had a great exparinace with this company. I am so thanksful for their kindness to replace my necklace afte more than two years of purchase. I wore my necklace in the pool and after two years it faded the gold, and Missoma team was nice enough to send me new one even though insurance was already expired.

One of the best customer service…

One of the best customer service experience I've ever received. I had this necklace purchased as a gift and unfortunately did not have the receipt. Chevean was able to locate the receipt through their database and send me a replacement necklace! I couldn't ask for about a Customer Service. I wouldn't buy jewellery anywhere else! Fantastic quality, exceptional Customer Service and current designs! Thank you again x
