I wasn't too sure about this latest contact as Facebook is currently inundated with hundreds of these adverts nearly every 2nd advert which is overload.
Initial contact showed up as Spam, but after clarification from a personal phone call and assurance about clicking onto unknown links it all turned out quite painless

My Granddaughter persuaded me to claim and started the claim for me. As soon as this was done it all became very easy. A couple of emails asking for id etc and the process was completed. Would recommend everyone to do so with this company. They make it easy to claim
