Shoes are cute but not worth the price

Shoes are cute but not worth the price. Poor quality. Shoes are marked too big you have to size down. Return policy is terrible. The customer pays the shipping price and a 20% restocking price if you want to exchange them. Although the shoes should be clearly marked if they need to be sized down. Additionally you pay $3 for “free returns & exchanges” yet I have to pay a restocking fee and shipping fee. Beware of these factors when buying from them.

It's been some months since the last…

It's been some months since the last time I have been back on your site, but the site sucks. why is the menu bar in the middle of the page. Please change this quickly!!! This is so annoying trying to shop and see merchandise while getting the constant pop up from the menu bar. whoever thought of this needs to be fired!!!! when shopping I want a clear view of the item not all this other mess!!! PLEASE CHANGE THIS ASAP!!!! it makes me want to click off the site and not buy anything!!!!!

See through Sweater Dress

Ordered some clothes for the first time. I have browsed their selection of clothes in the past but never purchased. I bought shoes from them once and they were nice, but the clothes?

The quality of the dress and skirt felt as if I ordered them from TEMU. But at least with Temu, I'm able to say that I saved money. I can't say that with these clothes. Awful quality. Will never purchase from them again. Worst, I can't even return the items. Miss Lola's return policy makes it difficult for you to return items, but also these clothes were final sale so...

The only reason it's not a one star is because at least the jean skirt was decent quality.

The dress however...I can see my nipple and panties through the dress and it was a SWEATER dress.

This is just not worth it

This is just not worth it, think long and hard before making purchase. Ordered two pairs of shoes, both fit much smaller than listed size. Purchased the return insurance but still had to pay over $21 to return for larger size. One of the items was on sale so they didn't accept my return for exchange or credit, but "would be happy to dispose of them" for me if I didn't want to pay for shipping the shoes (that don't fit) back to me. Just not a good experience overall. If you do order anything from them, size up for sure.

Clutch and high heels

I just received an order I placed on june 20th. One top handle clutch purse Imania, Ivory and a pair of high heels Bella lock and key.

The clutch looks as beautiful as advertised on their website. Its shiny marble-like finish and gold tone hardware really gives an elegant look. Although, I was hoping it would be a bit more spacious. You can fit a lipstick, a travel size or 10ml/0.33 oz perfume, ID and a couple of credit cards, that's about it. No cell phone, so that makes it inconvenient. That's my only issue with the clutch.

Regarding the high heels, they're also gorgeous, but seem to be designed for very narrow feet so mine cannot rest comfortably on the insoles, feels more like I'm going to lose balance and twist my ankles. Very uncomfortable to walk on them-I'm experienced with high heels but these are just unwearable- additionally, there's this random name printed on it instead of Miss Lola's, which struck me as odd because I thought these products were of their own making/ brand.

I may be ordering more clutches and bags from Miss Lola but definitely not shoes.

Stay away - no customer service or support

Recently ordered $80 worth of shoes from Miss Lola. The package was lost upon its delivery (it was placed into a locker addressed to the wrong resident). Submitted an inquiry to their customer service department. Miss Lola did not offer any support initially - just said I could open a claim. I opened a claim with UPS and PayPal as the proof of delivery UPS provided was not of my package (it was a Benjamin Moore package as tall as the lockers with Amazon packages behind it - clearly not a package with shoes). Upon opening a claim, Miss Lola then proceeded to provide PayPal with false information that the package was stolen, that I claimed over the valued amount (which, you can’t do on PayPal), and again submitted the “proof of delivery” photo showing the wrong package delivered. They were extremely argumentative and tried to disprove that the package was indeed misplaced to avoid the claim going through on PayPal and having me receive the refund. Thankfully my building management and the recipient of the package in the locker got it back to me, but if UPS had misplaced it elsewhere I would have been out $80. Do not shop here - I’m so disappointed with how they handled this and with the way packages are lost or stolen these days it’s just not worth it.

Horrible experience

Horrible experience. Order a dozen pair for Christmas gifts. They are all size 8.5 but they all fit different. All of them are too small and when I go check how to exchange, I have to pay to return the shipment. At this point I will be guessing on what might work, since they all vary in size. So I might return and still get the wrong size. Not worth the money, time, or anything. I will be posting to my social media and letting my family and friends now “don’t use Miss Lola”.

Mediocre and incompetent customer service

I am disappointed in the quality of customer service Miss Lola provided. They seem to not care about their customers, though I've been a client for a while this is the first time I've dealt with a faulty item. This time I had ordered a hat from their site which resulted defective, I explained to them I'll be out of town as I was requesting a refund to my purchase while I returned the item before the month passes. Somehow they provided me a label indicating I ONLY had 7 DAYS to return the item to be eligible for a full refund. I didn't even end up returning the item because they are now refusing to give me my refund and have said they will only provide store credit as if I'm interested in purchasing from them after experiencing incompetent customer service. Not to mention I got directed to a supervisor and she instead of taking their time to solve my issue, she was too busy making smart remarks proving why they are right and I am wrong. I highly recommend not to buy from this site. It's too bad they have lots of cute clothing yet their service is trash.

The fastest delivery!

I’ve just came on here to write a review and was shocked to see how awful all the other reviews were! Maybe I just got lucky?! I’ve never ordered/heard about this shop before, I was just searching for a dress for an event I’m going to next week and came across one on the miss Lola website that I fell in love with. I read about the shipping times on the website and they offered express shipping (I’m in the UK) I wasn’t sure if i would get it in time but thought I’d just order it and hope for the best. I placed my order on Wednesday night, 1 hour later I received a dispatch email and the dress was delivered on Friday! I literally couldn’t believe it! 2 days! Made up! Dress is gorgeous! Super fast dispatch and delivery! Will be using again! Thankyou 💕

Miss Lola is a FRAUD

Ordered a pair of shoes that needed to be exchanged due to sizing. When I received the replacement pair they still didn’t fit (shoes ran extremely narrow). After paying twice to have both pairs of shoes sent back, I received a email saying that exchanges are final sale and my only options were for me to pay for the items to be sent back to me or have them disposed. So now I’m at a total loss for the shoes. They had no problem taking my money..MISS LOLA IS A COMPLETE FRAUD. Buyer Beware

Shipping is off

My package never came in the mail some how my location wasn't secure for them to leave it which is weird because I've had the USPS leave other packages at my door plenty of times before I've reached out to customer service for the proper steps to a refund I wouldn't recommend ordering anything from this website again especially if shipping isn't secure at all.

3 Dresses, 1 Pair of shoes... meh

I ordered 3 dresses and a pair of shoes. They're clearly cheaply made but will do the trick for what I needed them for. The one thing I will say is that one of the dresses did not look at ALL like it did in the photos... the material is so thin that it's see through and it has a huge cutout on the side that wasn't shown in photos. Wouldn't order from here again but it wasn't the worst experience I've ever had... just beware that it's cheaper made and the pics can be decieving.

IMO DO NOT SHOP HERE

This company is honestly so pathetic, I should have listened when others said do not shop here. They sent me shoes with dirty finger prints on them and are lying and saying they cannot see it. Their customer service is the most horrible I’ve experienced. If you want my advice, save your $$$ DO NOT SHOP HERE
