Only ever ordered once, and that will be the last time.
Been waiting since MAY for my issue to be resolved, sent at least 8 emails as well as trying to contact them via Facebook and Twitter, have asked several times for a complaint to be raised and for their complaint policy - still waiting.
Their own terms and conditions advise items can be returned FREE OF CHARGE- yet they do not send return labels- this is not ‘free of charge’. This is at a cost to me first and then a refund…

Return items to them in April and still not had a refund. I would be very weary of buying anything from this company. Have contacted them several times and even received an email saying a refund would be processed!

Would give 0 if possible. Sent back items in May and still have not received my refund despite providing tracking details and them advising that the items have been received.

Ordered 4 dresses back in march I received them but only kept the 1, I returned the others via royal mail tracked and Missfiga have signed for my goods on the 30th of march after 15 emails back and forth going round and round in circles I still do not have my money back which is over £90 due to paying £6 to return them too. I will never buy from this company again and am now seeking help from my bank to help with a dispute! Same word answers from this company via email and facebook messenger sounds like it's just a robot giving automated replies. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

Do not buy from this company! I ordered 2 dresses for my partner and only one was delivered. Written on the delivery note said that the other was out of stock and the money refunded! This was weeks ago and still no refund. I’ve sent numerous emails and messages and no one has the decency to reply. Absolute shocking company and I will be taking it further

This is the second time I've had to badger them for a refund. The first time was when I returned an item in October and didn't get my refund until December. This time, I posted my return on May and I still have not had a refund, despite several emails. I'll never order from them again and now I'm stuck with this gift card, so what choice do I have unless I am willing to lose the money?! I'll be seeking to write a complaint again.

I've now contacted customer service twice via Facebook and twice via email with no reply regarding an item which was returned on 18th July, signed for Royal Mail.
A case is open with PayPal.
The courtesy to respond would be appreciated.

FRAUD
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING OFF THIS WEBSITE, FRAUD!
Returned 3 dresses on 9th May £96 worth, they signed for them on the 11th and I still haven't received my refund! No number to ring, sent numerous emails and on Facebook messenger to which they now replied saying their messenger is down, MY BACKSIDE!

I have been waiting for a refund since February 2022. I wrote a negative review on the 20 June as I felt people needed to know they are no less than fraudsters.
They replied, stating that they were looking into my claim. Have ever still no refund.
I have sent evidence of one of there employees signing for my return items.

Your return has been received and your refund processed. Please note it can take up to 10 working days for your bank account to be credited (please note that refunds are dictated by the payment provider and are outside our control).
If a discount was applied to your original order, the amount refunded will be adjusted to allow for the revised order value and appropriate discount level. If you purchased items via a gift card, funds can only be refunded back onto a gift card.
Orders placed via pay later or installments with Klarna/Clearpay/Laybuy will automatically be adjusted on the relevant account in a few days, however please do login to your account with them to double check this.
If we received your return after our 14 days return window (this may not apply to your return) you will be issued with a returns voucher which is for store credit and is valid for 1 year (again, this may not apply to your return)

Missfiga also contacted me via email the same day which I responded to and I still haven’t heard anything back.
Do not use this company, and do not believe that as they are responding to the negative feedback left, they are actually resolving the issues as they are not.
