Great service!
Amazing, personal service from Fern! She suggested alternatives when the rugs I wanted weren't available and provided additional information around the order and dispatch process and how to keep the rugs in good condition. Looking forward to receiving my rug and hopefully buying more when they're back in stock. Highly recommend based on the service so far.

I purchased a rug on clearance and loved it so much I wanted another. It was no longer at the price I purchased but an absolute Angel of a representative was kind enough to get me another rug at clearance price. It was really generous of the company…add this to an incredible product + fast delivery + top notch customer service and I’d have to say Miss Amara has produced one of the best online shopping experiences I’ve ever had. Highly recommend!

Do not order if you’re in NZ
Do not order if you’re in NZ - my rug got stuck at customs and I had to fill out an importers document as well as pay duty and tax to get it here (as over $1000) - fedex reached out to Miss Amara and got no response - the response I got was ‘we’re sorting it’ (when they didn’t) - still trying to resolve it and meanwhile $1200 out of pocket and no rug - BEWARE!!!

Beware…
I ordered 2 rugs from miss Amara in mid April. $790 for both rugs. It is now mid May. I am still waiting..
After I placed the order I received confirmation. After waiting 2 further weeks, I contacted them. They said that 1 of the rugs was not available. Why didn't they inform me BEFORE I paid for it?
They offered a refund which I accepted.
1 week later I received notification and a tracking number for the rug I had purchased.
3 weeks later and I tried tracking my order with the post office.
Tracking number not recognised??
I called customer service today to find out if the rug I paid for nearly 4 weeks ago was ever going to be delivered?
Amara customer service didn't answer. Their voicemail message said that there was a maintenance issue with their phones.
I then emailed their customer service department and as of yet have heard nothing back?
I would never recommend this company, never use them again. Need to work on their customer services and work ethics.
I have ordered items from overseas that take less than half the time it has taken Amara so far to even inform me what is happening with the money they have received from me for the purchase of a rug?
I made the purchase in good faith. My first purchase with them has caused unnecessary anxiety. Shameful conduct on their part.
Beware.

Very disappointed with my Miss Amara rug. The quality doesn’t match the price — it feels cheap, thin, and underwhelming. Honestly, you're better off buying rugs locally, especially those made in Turkey. They offer much better quality, durability, and value for the price. This was a waste of money.I bought it in Freedom website in online exclusive.It was the 2.4m CABANELA Round rug colour-grey which has been painted greenish a bit on your supposed rug under the name Navya

A rug for every room
I have Miss Amara rugs in every room of my home, the quailty of their products is amazing and I love the large selection of designs to choose from. They are unique and stylish. The washable rugs in my kids rooms have been a game changer too! Highly recommend.

I just love Miss Amara
I just love Miss Amara. They honestly do the most beautiful rugs. Gorgeous on trend prints and great quality too. I have used a number of their rugs over the years when I style outdoor events and always get so many compliments on the rugs.
If you want to elevate your space and add something really special to your home or outdoor area it's so worth it. Delivery is super speedy and wonderful customer service.

Wrong rug twice, still waiting on the right one
After being sent the wrong rug twice, I have spent 6 days trying to get the correct rug sent. Escalations to the supervisor Jerome has resulted in even worse service, with him now saying my rug won't arrive until next week when I won't be home. Don't touch this company

I have yet to receive my merchandise ordered/paid for on 11/15/24 and now the company claims my order number does not exist. Scammers
12/16 Reply- the only Order number u guys sent me was 8678 which is on the copy of the receipt that I received, only to be told y’all cannot find that order number. I reached out via the website with no response.
