Shocking company. Do not order from here. They are complete lying scammers who will steal your money. Customer service is useless and they just feed you lies. I ordered a jacket from there back in the middle of December. For whatever reason the first order did not go through but the payment was taken from my bank. No order number. No confirmation. Nothing. Thinking that the payment would just be pending and be returned, I stupidly decided to attempt the order again. This one went through and they delivered it, however for the first order instead of the money being returned to my bank it was taken out. I have been trying now since the 20th December to get this awful company to return the money to me who are only contactable on social media. I have been told that it has been passed to the finance team and that it would take 7 working days (nothing), 10 working days when I enquired after 7 (still nothing) and now I enquire again as way more than 10 had passed and I've to contact them again in another 5 working days as it has been passed to a presumably made up finance team and marked as urgent. We are nearly in February at this point. In a cost of living crisis, to keep a hold of people's money that you've provided no goods for is simply not on. I guess I'll just need to set up a dispute with my bank at this point as this company clearly have no intentions of returning my money to me. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

All the clothes I ordered from mispap are amazing they’re true to size as well everything fits perfectly. I love it this is my new place to order cute going out dresses from now on! And if you are a student even better they have amazing discounts. I highly recommend ordering from them and my next day delivery twice now has come next day just as they said a amazing website!

I put the wrong address of my order and didn’t realise until the day. Ben and the team helped me track the order down and helped me sort out a refund

Terrible service. 3 weeks and still waiting for my order regardless of the fact that someone contacted me through here 1 week ago. No parcel.. No contact. Absolutely terrible customer service!

Horrible horrible service, I want a refund as no one is replying my emails!! I made a next day delivery order and it has been six days now still waiting... I have tried contacting mispap a lot of times for updates about my order and no reply. First time ordering from mispap and I’m very disappointed

Bought pair of trousers , realised they were damaged . Literally within 12 hours I had a reply from Faye customer service and within about an hour we had the problem solved and new pair of trousers en route . I can not shout out enough about how great mispap (Faye) we’re and would defo recommend them. Can I say clothes were great and sizing spot on this was just a genuine flaw

Leggings came with broken seam!!! And are no unwearable

Sizes are too small, had to return the dress I purchased and it's been a month and I haven't received my refund and NO WONDER!
They say they are paperless, so how they want to process a return if they don't provide a return slip/form with your original purchase.
It is angering because their clothes are not cheap.

The trousers I bought , the button kept coming off and the zip was stuck. The top however, was fine but I don’t think I will purchase from them again

I have contacted you for a refund it’s been nearly 3 months now and all I get is an automatede mail message. From you every time and no success no refund no money you just Chatley ignored me I work for a national newspaper you’ve had your chances now I will be reporting you to the and if they will put an article in every newspaper regarding this issue you’ve done it to other people there is reviews on here stating that you are conning people out of money you are quick enough to take money off people but when it comes to refund you are holding onto their money plus interest if you want to talk to me about this ring me on (07971) 470934

The site only has clothing sizes for small women. The clothes are gorgeous and I have purchased quite a few and couldn’t fault the site but not everyone can buy them as they don’t do a plus size range which I personally think it would help the site more and be better for larger women. Nowadays it’s all about trying to be smaller or be perfect for young girls so when they go onto the site and only see smaller sizes it knocks there confidence and I like to make people feel better about themselves so when they see this on your site and other sites it really knocks them.
