I engaged Mishi Consultancy to assist…

I engaged Mishi Consultancy to assist with a British Authorising Officer (BAO) and sponsor licence-related services. I paid £8,000 in total (£5,000 for the BAO arrangement and £3,000 for the sponsor licence process). The £3,000 was later refunded, but I remain in dispute over the remaining £2,200.

Before making payment, I was not told that only £2,800 would be paid to the BAO and that £2,200 would be retained by Mishi Consultancy as their own fee. I only became aware of this later after speaking directly with the BAO. Despite requesting clarification, I was never provided with a written contract, engagement letter, invoice or fee breakdown explaining the £2,200.

I was also dissatisfied with the immigration advice I received. I relied on advice given during my case, but I later received different information from an immigration officer, which left me with serious concerns about the advice I had been given. As a result, I lost confidence in the service provided.

I made repeated attempts to resolve this matter directly with the company, but we have been unable to reach a resolution. The matter is now in dispute, and I intend to pursue it through the appropriate legal process.

This review reflects my personal experience.
