Misguided Reviews 

Haven’t been able to contact any customer care agent for the past few weeks. I wanted to return two items and the websites are broken. I can’t return items or request a refund. I messaged on Instagram just to reach someone and nothing. There’s no service. Super weird since it’s a verified company. I did receive my order though. The quality is not too good it’s a hit or miss. I only ordered one other time from this company and the first time they lost my order too. It’s unfortunate because I love what they have to offer but it’s too much of a gamble. I won’t shop from this company anymore sadly. :(

Very good site, no problems, good quality and wonderful clothes! Would highly recommend this site. Sizes are a lil too large, so buy a size smaller than usual

I made an order for two items one was expensive and one was very cheap but i paid $10 express shipping for the expensive one. I would not have ordered the cheap item on its own. The next day i got an email saying the expensive item had sold out and they couldn't send it to me. When i asked customer service if i could at least get the shipping fee back as it was too late to cancel the order altogether, they refused. When i told them I would not have paid $10 for the cheap item they said there was nothing they could do then and ended the chat before i could reply.
Would not recommend shopping here as the item i ordered it still on their website as available 36hrs later and available to be purchased even though they do not have it. I believe this is very close to false advertising.

Was having a few issues with my refund. Had been in contact with them via FB but was receiving no response. Contacted them via website chat. Got a lovely girl named Amy. She was awesome & very helpful- was able to fix up my concern in no time. Was very grateful for her help

I ordered two dresses. Within the promised timeframe I received an order. However, the order wasn't mine. Instead of two dresses I received two coats (someone else's order).
I contacted misguided right away, and I was asked to return an order and fill out a form to get a refund. I did so right away, and the order was returned less than two hours after I picked it up! However, now they will not return my money as I cannot prove I received someone else's order, even that is totally irrelevant to the fact that I didn't receive my own! Now I'm short the amount that I paid, and the girl who ordered the coats probably did not receive her order either!! The worst part is that I'm asked to wait two weeks for an answer if I can get a refund and even longer if I want what ordered in the first place!!! I never trusted bad reviews, guess its time to start!!

My package was stolen from the doorstep, Carolina helped me on chat, she fixed the problem in a matter of minutes. She was polite and even changed the sizes for me.
