Very risky items not delivered terrible support with no refunds
Order never received, spent considerable time back and forth with customer service who advised I should take this up with Australia Post who confirmed the shipment never made it to Australia Post. Miscota support refused to help and provide any freight tracking support. Complete lack of support and no option for a refund. Very risky.

Website was misleading stating Miscota Canada. I ordered a pond pump that offered very competitive pricing that arrived with a European plug that would not work in Canada After digging through their website I then determined the company operated out of Spain/Portugal. I purchased a 50.00 US converter but the pump failed to work. Shipping costs to return the pump to Portugal were astronomical. I asked them to compensate me for half the price of the pump. They declined so I am out the money for the pump and have a converter that is useless to me. Had the website not been so misleading I would have purchased from Amazon who is truly a customer service company.. I would NOT recommend Miscota and BEWARE their misleading website

NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY/SHORT RETURN PERIOD
If you live in the United States, I don't recommend you purchase their products because they have a two week return policy and you won't get the product until the two-week period is expired. I ordered a Sureflap microchip cat/small dog door and the next day my wife got back from out of town and said she didn't want it, so I canceled the order via email the next day. Miscota didn't respond to my email but I just assumed they cancelled my order, but then I got the microchip door about two weeks later and contacted customer service and they said they had a two week return policy and it was too late to return it, yet I canceled the order the very next day and I know they already sent the cat/small dog door out but that should count for cancelling within the two-week time frame not to mention they should have a longer time frame to return an order and I told them I would put a bad review but they didn't care and said go ahead put a bad review we did nothing wrong, so they are kind in words but not in action, in other words they are not customer friendly, they could have avoided this bad review by simply acknowledging I contacted them the next day via email and respect that and let me return their product and give me my money back and I’m still willing to turn around and write a good review if they reconsider and let me return their product and give me my money back, but if they don't want to keep good reviews then that's their choice, have a good day!

Most awaited delivery from Miscota
i received the package safe and sound after a month. This delay was due to the US Customs as the package arrived from Germany. It was not Miscota's fault in the delay. The cat food i ordered was very important to me as my cats only eat specific dry food from Royal Canin and it is not available in California USA. I would like to thank Miscota .
Unprofessional practice bordering on scam.
Bought some cat pheromone spay though these guys because it was a bit cheaper than elsewhere. After a month I finally checked the shipment status and it said "lost or destroyed". After asking about it they basically said "take it up with customs if you want your money back". Unprofessional practice bordering on scam.

Scam company!
Scam company! It claims having a Canadian website. Yet hidden somewhere are clues they are in Spain. Then I tried their chat to ask them why they pretend to be in Canada yet charge 175$ (yes one hundred and seventy-five dollars) in shipping fees for a bag of cat food.
Then they asked me 2$ and my credit card info to reply to my question. The generic and pointless replies I got in the exchange in the chat made it clear there was nobody on the other side of the chat and this was an automated phishing operation.
A novel way to scam people, I'm going to try to report this to Google since they are the ones who offered me this.
A much longer wait than expected
A much longer wait than expected, I didn't know that it was coming from Netherlands. Package in such a bad state it had a sticker stating Australia Post had to rewrap it. Everything inside wet and soggy. Do not buy from Miscota!!!

They said my order had 1 attempted to deliver, then returned. I don't know why they wouldn't leave it at the door.
Now they say it's held in Customs and they are not responsible for a refund.
And now they want me for fix this though it's not my package yet..

I ordered different products, there was no issue. There was a slight delay by two weeks due the Christmas holidays, however it all arrived in good condition and we'll packaged from Spain to Ireland
Don’t order from them if in U.S!
I ordered dry dog food from the U.S. Didn’t realize I was ordering from an overseas company. My fault, but it was not obvious on website that this was a Spanish company.
I received an empty package with a note from the U.S. Department of Agriculture. It’s apparently illegal to ship dry dog food, so USDA destroyed it.
Now, after the fact, in searching Miscota’s website, I see they refuse to take responsibility for this kind of incident, even though I think they should know such shipments are illegal. So, buyer beware! DON’T ORDER FROM MISCOTA IF YOU’RE IN THE USA!
