Hi all. When you self exclude from any gambling site, sites think you have a gambling issues with me thats not the case at all. Deposited £10 to get the bonus, not only do they take £2.50 from you when you try to withdraw, the withdrawal amount is £19.99, the promo said 500 free spins on a game after depositing, this is misleading, it's a chance of winning 500 free spins, and I only won 20.

I'm fed up to the back teeth of these Jumpman gaming sites always robbing my deposits..there is no randomness/fairness to the games the wins if you're lucky to get any are pre determined and whatever you win is taken off you in the next spin.

I play a lot of Slingo games and have noticed for a while now that you don't actually win, because if you keep wagering on said game, it will take off you what it plans to pay you minus a few quid..hence you're never up balance wise,you are always clawing to keep whatever funds you have actually won. My balance literally goes up in penny wins if I'm lucky not to get fleeced first, even on £2 stakes.
And while I'm here there's another thing I've noticed..and it's happened to me a few times..if you play a £2 wager when you get any 2 of a high payout symbol and it's gonna land next spin, it throws you out of game saying wager met or some garbage like that..but other times let me continue to wager over £50 when they knew I wasn't going to win that 3rd symbol payout. Absolute cons these sites with Jumpman gaming being allowed to take every last penny you deposit, but let you continue to pay in to their sites. I've taken pics of these blocks on my games and will be sending to gaming commission ASAP as there is something not right there. Robbing scum bags!!!!!

keep away from this site. if you're lucky enough to win, I guarantee you you'll be unlucky trying to get your winnings off them. they block every attempt at withdrawing. customer service is via email and they are totally useless. there's no phone number. jumpman gaming are unobtainable. they forbid you to raise a complaint. they have £1000 of my winnings but won't allow me to withdraw (real money, not bonus).
