The product packaging needs significant improvement. Simply bundling the suit together during shipping results in the fabric arriving heavily creased and wrinkled, which takes away from the overall appearance and presentation of the product.

I ordered this suit internationally and paid approximately $80 USD for it, so I expected the product to arrive properly packaged and in a condition that reflects its value. Unfortunately, the packaging did not meet that expectation.

I strongly recommend that the company improve its packaging, particularly for international shipments. A suit should be carefully folded, protected, and packaged as a professional garment before being shipped overseas. Proper presentation is especially important for retaining international customers and ensuring that the quality of the product is reflected when it arrives.

Yash was brilliant in solving a problem as I couldn't order two different sizes for the same dresses. Yash was able to alter my order to my request and was helpful and enthusiastic to help. Very quick response too. Looking forward to receive my order soon!

I have used Mirraw couple of times their service is amazing. The Customer service is amazing too. I was dealing with Amaan today. I will highly recommend using this company as of yet. I’ve not been disappointed by them. The team is very helpful and clear with the instructions.

Fantastic product and excellent stitching

Mirraw has gone from reliable to downright unprofessional and unethical. I’ve been purchasing from Mirraw since 2021, but the decline in their product quality and service has become impossible to ignore. My recent order from 26 August 2026 was the most expensive to date and also entailed the most disappointing experience.

Their stitching team struggled despite clear measurements and multiple calls. After a 45‑day delay, only part of the order arrived — with missing items, poor finishing, loose embellishments, and visibly substandard workmanship. A small refund was issued, along with assurances of improved service.

However, the final (and most expensive) item was never delivered, even after 2.5 months. Repeated complaints were met with misleading updates, contradictory explanations, and complete lack of responsibility. Calls were ignored, and the issue was constantly passed around. They also didn't provide cashback to my wallet as promised while placing the order and on calls when I enquired.

This experience cost me significant time and left me without an outfit for an important occasion. Mirraw’s service has become unreliable and unprofessional, and customers deserve to be aware of this decline.
