Good customer service like the services definitely going to recommend my friends and relatives

Extremely disappointing customer service – still no resolution

I ordered a saree from Mirraw and what I received was completely different from what was presented on their website. The quality was extremely poor, the saree was only printed on one side, the fabric and lining felt very cheap, and the packaging arrived old, ripped and covered in sellotape.

I contacted Mirraw and provided clear photographs and a detailed explanation of the issues. Rather than properly addressing my complaint, they have repeatedly created new tickets and sent automated emails.

The most frustrating part is that they then sent me an email claiming they were waiting for a response from me, despite the fact that I had already replied multiple times and was actively trying to get the issue resolved.

I was originally told I would receive a response within 72 hours. I am still waiting for a proper response and a resolution months on. Ridiculous !

It is incredibly frustrating to spend money on a product that is not as advertised and then have to repeatedly chase the company just to get someone to actually deal with the complaint. The constant creation of new ticket numbers has made the situation even more confusing and unnecessarily difficult.

I am still waiting for my refund and, at this point, extremely disappointed with both the product and Mirraw’s customer service. I would strongly recommend keeping all evidence, photographs and correspondence if you have an issue with an order, as getting a straightforward response has been incredibly difficult.

Shopping with Mirraw has been easy and straightforward, Umar has been amazing and kept me updated and helpful. Umar checked in with me to ensure I was ok with ordering and if I needed any assistance. Very pleased with Umar support and Mirraw.

The level of customer service I received from Rohit over at Mirraw was so helpful. I need the garment for an event in October and was having trouble with PayPal. Rohit went above and beyond to help me to get this order placed. Great customer service made this a great experience for me, the customer.

Great service

Firstly despite promise of delivery ahead of family wedding events all my outfits arrived after all the events were done. In addition when I received my order they are of poor quality and look cheap! the material is not as described and customer service has been appalling, i would recommend not wasting your money now i'm stuck with these as it would cost me more to return the items!!!

I order 5 bridesmaids saris. Two were completely the wrong color. I sent ample photo evidence of this aggregious mistake (it was very obvious two were the wrong color) and not only were they unbelievably slow to acknowledge a single email or Whatsapp asking for help, they refused to refund me with excuses that are factually inaccurate. Take your money elsewhere!

I ordered an outfit middle of AUG26 for a wedding in SEP. I specifically confirmed again and again before ordering, that the item will be delivered latest on the 6th SEP. After writing almost every day, the only feedback I get is an automatic reply with the same contents. The items finally arrived today 21SEP26, 2 weeks after the wedding. The items itself is the wrong colour ( red instead brown) and it is not even raw silk. Mirraw is not responding at all and simply ignoring any messages. UPDATE: OCT 2026 Mirraw is promising since over a week they will refund and collect the item. I keep getting anonymous whats app messages to remove the review. I find their whole policies very strange and not at all customer oriented. Besides I want to have an honest answer about the material they used and the colour, which is clearly not brown but red !

Good, customer service!! Our refund procedure was performed so quick by an employee, Altamash, as my package got lost in the transit. I received it within a week! Definitely will purchase from Mirraw again in the future!
