Nice shoes, fast expedition.
I ordered two pairs, one I had to return with the free first return shipping. I was reimbursed soon enough.

The shoes are pretty good but…. The company policy is unfair and sucks! I ordered two pair as a new customer exactly on Black Friday, then i received an email with promo codes 50% off both shoes on that same day they were actually on a discount with the promo codes that one receives with the newsletter, i contacted support to ask for a partial refund or to have 2 more pairs sent as it would amount to the promo and the price i paid, but i got rejected unfairly, so far like i said the shoes are decent there are some comfort issues but overall they are ok, but the policy and customer treatment needs a huge improvement!

These sneakers are the most comfortable I've worn. The style is fabulous too. They breathe and resist dirt well. And the removable inner cork sole is useful to maintain a solid shoe - I recommend getting a spare pair of inner soles to interchange. My only complaint and it's a big one, is that the exterior soles, made from natural rubber, don't last for more than a year. This is a great shame cos the rest of the shoe holds up really well. But I've bought 5 pairs and every pair has ended up threadbare on the rubber soles and I've had to throw them away. If I continue using this company, and live to a decent age, I'll end up with quite a pile of discarded shoes at the end of my life. They are a little too quicky 'earthbound' for my liking - put a layer of vibram on the sole and you'd have yourself a killer sneaker.

Ordered the LESHY Larch x Optic pair. I'm most of the times between 42.5/43 sizes, the shoe size widget on the website recommended 43. Shoes arrived fairly quickly, but they were too big, so I probably needed a size lower. They also looked underwhelming compared to the pictures, so I decided to just return & refund in the same day. 2 weeks later I still have no news about the refund - they say the standard processing time is up to 30 days.

I cannot say enough good things about this store. The sneakers I purchased (leshy style) the third sneakers I have purchased from this store over the years, are the most comfortable sneakers I have ever owned. They look great with jeans, shorts and dresses. They are almost entirely created with natural materials, so do not smell. I simply pop them in the washing machine at a low cycle when I need to and they come out great. Customer service is excellent. Usually respond within one day and are always very helpful. And a bonus the sneakers are so environmentally friendly. Thank you Earthbound sneakers!

Service is bad. No contact option beside a contact form. Here you can wait ages until you get feedback. KI Chat is also bad and not helpfull. Just wanted to have a return label which seems impossible.
Got only a GLS pick up date where i wont be availalbe. On GLS webpage it is impossible to change the date as well.
Not really a nice customer expierence.

Would not recommend to buy agian on this shop.

My newest pair of Miret are woolen outside with a thick and soft sole, and they turned out to be ideal for rainy Autumn. Warm, comfy and truly water repellent. Previous model I have are 5 years old, with thinner soal thus less warm and ideal for early Summer. I wear 40, and Miret in this size is of the same length outside as Adidas in 40, but Miret is much more spacious inside. I tried a smaller 39, but had to return those as they were a bit too short for my foot.
I like the design of Miret (now Earthbound) and my sensitive feet felt good in these sneakers from the moment I first tried them on.

The sneakers are great, waterproof and comfortable, the first ones that arrived were a bit too big but the exchange was easy. I'm so happy, I just ordered a second pair :)

I was years looking for a pair of sneakers that fit properly and don’t hurt my feet in some way or another and can honestly say that I have never come across footwear as comfortable as Miret/Earthbound. They give a barefoot experience, with just enough cushioning. I wear them walking on concrete and on grass. They say suitable for Summer/Autumn but I find them perfect in Winter too. I wear the low top ‘sand’ coloured sneakers, for evening, with maxi dresses or jeans and the high tops, with day dresses, jeans or shorts for walking or running.The only downside is after experiencing the comfort my feet refuse to wear anything else! and this poses a few problems (and why I reluctantly gave one star less than five, though if I could have given four and a half stars I would have) ; 1. I am trying to go vegan and they contain wool, although I am grateful, that are so eco friendly and made with 97% natural materials. 2. The colours tend to be very bright and while admittedly beautiful, don’t go with my wardrobe and I would love to see a range of neutrals, like the sand coloured sneakers I bought, which go with everything. 3. Whenever I see a colour I like, alas, they are not available in my size, even after waiting and watching for over a year or more!
So Miret/Earthbound please could you consider 1. making some vegan options? I initially bought your hemp high tops, which I have worn for years and are still going! but I long for another pair. 2. Please could you consider making more sand coloured or other neutral coloured sneakers. 3. Please could you stock more size 36! which seem to sell out quickly and apparently not restocked.
To add, if you are ever crowdfunding to expand please give me and I am sure the many others that love your footwear a shoutout via email as I would be more than delighted to contribute, as your sneakers are simply incredible! Or offering a ‘made to order’ option, which I would happily pay more for.
Finally, after wearing a mainstream brand before I discovered Miret, I cannot believe that there is no smell from these sneakers, ever! Doesn’t matter if its been raining or I have walked through mud or if I wear them without socks, they simply never smell! I don’t even clean them, as the dirt just seems to wear off! Simply nothing like these sneakers in so many ways. Thank you Miret/Earthbound but please consider my points if you can!

This is a long-term review as I bought their shoes a year and a half ago. They still look great, colours are not washed out, no sign of wear and tear (except some dirt that I am too lazy to brush off) or things that start to break off. They are my go-to footwear in nice weather because they are light and breathable so they have seen a lot of use.
Great product

I’m very happy with my new Miret sneakers; they look just like on the image, are comfy and size fits perfectly (I followed size guide on the website). The sole is not slippery as in some other brands so that’s great!

I had one pair from 3 years ago from Kickstarter campaign and they’re still looking good even though I wore them pretty often. So I’m confident that this new pair will be just fine as well.
Also, delivery to Sweden was so quick - within just couple of days. 👏✨

❤️I love these shoes, my feet and my brain are very picky, and short of being shoeless, these are the ones I chose. I will take care of them and hope that the sheep that provided the wool are also taken care of. Many of them are not!

Proceed with Caution!

My sneaker order from the UK proceeded fine, but the footwear was way too small, so I returned shoes for credit. Sneakers were confirmed as received by Miret on 16 May. Today is 31 May and I am still waiting for the credit. Customer Service reports that "after sneakers are returned they have to go through quality check before we can authorize refunds". Since I didn't wear the sneakers, this seems a self-evident tactic to delay issuing valid credits. Shioes seem fine, customer service dreadful.

I bought a pair of the Moss x Rose Outsole shoes. They're super comfortable and look excellent. I have wide feet, so I relaced them and haven't had any issues with tightness or rubbing. Shipped and delivered quickly too.

Best sneakers I have ever owned. And also the most environmentally friendly. Comfortable and also stylish. You can even wear them without socks and they are still very comfy.

People are raving about the customer support from this company. What customer support?
I made an order with them yesterday. Unfortunately Paypal autofilled the incorrect address into the order and I didn't notice until after I completed it. I immediately emailed the company to every email address I could find. However nobody bothered to get back to me and they have now sent out the order - to an address many hours travel away from me that I no longer live at. So that's £124 down the drain. Really irritated at the complete rubbishness of this company. I had hoped to buy all my shoes from them as I wanted to support an ethical brand. Not so likely to now.

The best shopping experience ever! From beginning, customer support, communication and delivery! Product is incredible! I am sneakers fan and in my collection I have then 20 pairs of different brands and Miret is not comparable with them! So beautiful, so soft, so great - i am speechless. The most beautiful and comfortable sneakers ever! Thank you so much Miret, keep doing great job, I am coming back for more and more :)
