Written by the company

Your AI therapist grounded in evidence-based therapy. Mira delivers structured sessions using CBT, Gestalt, EFIT, and SFBT — dynamically matched to what you're going through right now. Not scripted responses. Not generic advice. Real therapeutic sessions that adapt to your emotional state in the moment. Anxiety that won't quiet down. A relationship you can't figure out. Burnout you keep pushing through. Self-doubt that shows up right before the important moments. Whatever you're dealing with — Mira meets you where you are and helps you think clearly again. Every session follows a clinical structure: identify what's really going on, work through it using the right therapeutic approach, and walk away with something concrete — a new perspective, a coping strategy, a shift you can actually feel. Mira remembers your story. Each session builds on the last, so you're not starting from scratch every time. Over time, you get a personalized map of your emotional patterns — what triggers you, where you've grown, and what to focus on next. Available 24/7. Completely anonymous. No waitlists, no scheduling, no small talk. Just open the app and start. Whether it's 2 AM or a quick break between meetings — Mira is there when you need to talk. First session is free.

Fast and effective

Now you don’t have to spend time searching for the right specialist. No need to look for a “comfortable person” or waste sessions just getting to know each other. You get a highly personalized approach and a comfortable space to work through your challenges — and for me, that’s the most important factor: fast and effective.

Thank you, Mira, for this approach to delivering the service!

Good stuff

Good stuff, would recommend. Didn't come in with any big drama, just a feeling of zero satisfaction with life even though objectively everything's fine — salary, family, apartment. Turns out I'm living on autopilot and never asking myself what I actually want. Started asking. Already changed a few things, and life feels different
