SCAM! This place is a scam. I ordered an item from them for $18.79. They then started charging me $29.99 per month for their "VIP" membership that I did not agree to. After noticing it they only agreed to reimburse me for one of the three months. Absolute scam.
Complete SCAM. I ordered a little trinket for my wife from this site and looking at my bank account later they charged me $29.99 for a VIP membership they didn't mention in the check out process. They didn't send an email confirmation for this charge which is shady and when I asked why they said that this charge/membership was buried in the TOS. I had to call their India call center and get it canceled and refunded and they said it would take 10 business days. its obvious by these tactics that this site is a scam that makes its money off this membership they dont clearly communicate and they dont even send you a receipt for.
They answer their support line (email and phone number). The products are really good quality, and shipping time is decent. I just bought my second hat from them while typing this.
