Horrible. Took over 2 months to deliver my package, I asked to cancel it after we had no idea when to expect it because the tracking app they use does not work. Then they wouldn’t let us cancel and told us we had to return it but it came with no return information. We ordered this 2/2/2020 and I’m still in a battle to return it. Have had to email them consistently, they tried to rip me off with a 60% refund to try to get me to go away. They stopped responding to me until I disputed with my credit card company. Then they said they refunded and it would take 5-10 business days. 14 business days later and no refund, and now the cycle of no reply and disputes start again!!
Their reply about disputing things with the credit company was after they refused to refund me the full amount or reply to me which is why I disputed it with the credit card company to begin with.

I ordered mine which finally arrived on Friday AEST Melbourne, I put it on my 4str straight away and what a difference it made not only to the sofa but the living room too nice snug fit well worth the wait and the customer service via email was great quick response..definitely recommend to family and friends 👍🏽
I ordered my first cover
I ordered my first cover, and unfortunately it was too small for my couch. I reached out to their support team and no less than 24 hours later I had a reply telling me that they would be happy to help. Customer service is great!

Very Positive Experience with Miraclesofa
My experience with Miraclesofa has been very positive. There was a mix up with delivery due to the fact that I had recently moved and my package was lost. I reached out to customer care and found the agent very helpful and understanding. She first attempted to help me locate the delivery and when we couldn't, replaced it. Typically companies will do everything in their power not to replace an order so I was pleasantly surprised when they replaced my lost order. With all of that being said, I would highly recommend Miraclesofa, they turned a potential expensive loss into a win situation for me. I'd also like to give a huge shoutout to Joeneth in customer care, she did a great job working with me!

I was a little confused with…
I was a little confused with Miraclesofa and Racoon Tech which is where my emails came from. Unfortunately I miss measured my sofa thus the result was I needed to return the sofa cover. I have had nothing but great customer service from their agents who answered my queries, replaced my sofa cover and did not require me to send the one I previously received which I will donate to Life line (Red Cross). Unfortunately nothing is perfect it did take quite some time for delivery and the house number was wrong. I contacted the resident house number that I saw was showing and within the next couple of days the cover was delivered. This was not Miracle Sofas fault who ever packed in China was responsible.
I look forward now to my replacement cover in due course and to giving my dinning area a new look. Remember patience is a virtue and I have been rewarded with mine. Thank you MiracleSofa
Same issue as all others
Same issue as all others. Ordered this product over 6 weeks ago. Still haven’t received. They sent me an updated tracking info link, that said my tracking number is unknown. They have effectively stolen my money and won’t issue a full refund and cancel my order. I have never had such an issue before with any other company. Total scam.

I agree with all Comments bellow. Such a scam. It took forever to receive. They have a no cancellation after 24h, I tried cancelling within the tile frame and they said they could not. On the 5 week mark they told me basically search for it lol?, the quality is trash for such an overpriced item, and it does not convert prices depending on where you are purchasing so it cost me $75 CAD for something I could’ve paid $15 at the material store and have made it myself. 100% satisfaction guarantee is fake af.

Just put one because it does not go in negative. I ordered in November, noticed a typo on my address and that is where it all ended this is march and nobody gave me an answer helped me along and I lost my money since they never answer they keep sending me emails with offers and their page is useless. Every now and then I send them an email and I get the automated we are very busy with lots of orders so it may take them FOREVER to get back to me. Really really horrible non existent customer service. So no product and no money back.
I love the feel of the cover, little thin
I love the feel of the cover, but it's thin & you can see the print of my sofa through the cover. However, their customer service is wonderful, & they offered me my choice of a credit of purchase price or i could return it for a refund. I chose the credit to order a second cover. The fit of the cover is great, & 2 will be perfect to cover the floral print sofa.

I ordered on January 16th 2020 I was informed a week later that the order may be behind and that they understood if I wanted a refund. I asked for said refund and it has been over a month and I have not heard anything back from customer service. And I have emailed them 4 more times to no avail. My items shipped FOREVER ago but no updated tracking number. No idea where the F it is.
Its was $80 US dollars and I ended up paying $110 CAN. Should have read the reviews before ordering I guess. SMH.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVERE!
I would give Miracle Sofa a negative 20! I ordered a slipcover for my daughter before Christmas. I got an e-mail that it was delivered, but it was delivered to an address in another zip code, so I never received it. I contacted customer service and they said they would send another one right away. I waited and waited....and waited and waited....and contacted them again, to be told that my shipment was delivered last September (before I ordered it!). We've been back and forth with e-mail, and the last message I received said I should try to talk to the post office where it was delivered. They sure knew how to charge my credit card, though!

Very stretchy, I measured my couch before I ordered so they fit perfectly. They did take a bit to come in but I was advised of this when I submitted my order. Doesnt quite look like the ad but my cushion do dont come off my couch. It covers the way I hoped
