I've purchased from this site a few times now, and not only are they admirably ethical in sourcing their materials, but their customer service is similarly excellent. The jewellery is beautiful, sturdy, and good value for money, and I've been delighted with all my purchases. Thank you Mirabelle and please keep going!
I purchased this last month as a birthday gift. The product has had minimum liquid exposure- i’m aware advice under the items are not to- but in life some form of liquid will eventually get on the necklace e.g even sweat. Customer service not helpful and not willing to help/offer advice. There explanation is its ’costume’ jewellery. You can get necklaces for £60 (what I paid) which are waterproof and can uphold liquid exposure e.g from Atolea, waterproof with warranty included. Much better quality for same or less price. My advice is to shop elsewhere
Always a concern when ordering from a website with none/low reviews, but I successfully made an order and it arrived in two days in beautiful condition with a thank you note from the shop.
