Lovely
This particular design was artistic and appealing, prompting my order. I am not usually drawn to the fabric, but this seems good. I haven’t used it yet but am confident it will remain attractive for some time to come. The communication and delivery was stellar.

Belts are good, socks, not so much.
Belts are good, but the shrinkage of your socks...no Bueno. I bought some a few months ago and they shrunk. I am a size 10, so, because I liked your designs, I bought some again. This time, I ordered the larger ones. Same issue though. No more socks from you.

Miserable Experience
I ordered six pair of blue socks and receive six pair of light gray socks. Clearly not what I ordered. I called and listened several times to your voicemail telling me to be prepared for an amazing customer service experience, and left messages after being told someone would call me back. No one has. I'll keep the socks and chalk it up to a learning experience. I will never do business with you again and will look forward to sharing my experience with others when given the opportunity.
