Mint Velvet clothes are fabulous, ordered on line for next day delivery DPD excellent next day delivery. Evri 2 days despite paying for next day and the package was squashed and left on the step with no ring on the bell.
Mint Velvet use DPD in future for a good service

My package was obviously damaged by the shipper and reboxed in route. That said, a jacket was severely damaged when received. I contacted Rebekka in Customer Service and they took immediate action. I received a replacement jacket in just a few days, my shipping costs were waived and the return label was expedited. I could not have been more pleased with the service I received.

Bag I ordered was delivered quickly but the quality was poor so I returned it. Return costs from outside the UK are €12 which is very high and frustrating considering that it’s not at all obvious this is a UK shop. I’m sure it says the return costs somewhere in the T&C but this isn’t a good experience. Won’t order from here again.

Bought a Mint Velvet top from Mint Velvet via Instagram. It finally arrived after 3 weeks as it had been shipped from China rather than UK. This was not made clear at time of purchase . It was described as beige - it is a pinky peach colour. It has no Mint Velvet clothing label - I don't think it is Mint Velvet merchandise. The quality is awful, and nothing like other Mint Velvet tops that I already have. As soon as it was finally delivered I asked for refund information and was offered 15 per cent refund if I keep the item - which is supposed to be alternative to paying £30 to return it to China. I complained and now have been offered 35 per cent refund to keep it. Or pay £30 to send back to China for full refund. I would describe this situation and response as totally outrageous. All correspondence regarding this order has seemed to have been handled in the UK including my complaint. Can't believe the return address is to a random individual's address in China!! Sort it out Mint Velvet - I think a full refund without extortionate postage fees is the least you can do.

Had a fab experience today at the Truro store. I booked an appointment for personal styling with a couple of events in the calendar I was a bit stuck with what I wanted.
On entering Tan looked after us making me feel so comfortable , we had discussed my needs by phone and the team had ordered in a selection to try. I am delighted with my purchases and really can’t thank the team enough , highly recommend this experience if you need a little help

Excellent customer service - I discovered the store a couple of months ago in Islington, it is by far the best customer experience out of all fashion stores located on Upper Street. The staff is always very welcoming and engaging, they make the effort to connect with each guest without imposing themselves! The same applies to their online store, I ordered few items three weeks ago, wishing to return two but had passed the refund policy by a few days / I spoke to a lovely lady named Josy this afternoon, I explained that I was travelling and she immediately extended my return period by few more days. I am truly amazed by the quality of the service delivered across their business!

Returning something is a disaster. They won't provide you with a return label and you have to pay €12 to return one item! This is absolutely absurdly priced. And you have to go through the hassle of finding a printer to return you package and pay a fortune for it. Never again.

Sophie looked after me today. I discovered that the lovely trousers I ordered to be delivered to store were in the right packaging but the wrong actual size. I rang at 5.20 on Saturday ten minutes before her shift finished but nothing was too much trouble and Sophie took the issue away to talk with colleagues in warehousing etc to resolve . She phoned me back today Monday to tell me the correct size was on its way to store would be there on Tuesday and I could exchange in store. This streamlined the whole issue and gave me my preferred solution. Sophie you are efficient friendly empathetic and a credit to Mint Velvet.

I wore the cream snake skin blouse once and a seam by the collar bone ripped so I mentioned it to customer services. Not only did they refund me, they found a replacement one in the sale which was perfect and gave me an extra 10% discount on the sale price. Very happy as the blouse is fab! Thank you Mint Velvet

Hi, I want to make a complaint re making returns in stores. Your website states I could have made a return in the Fenwick, Brent Cross store, however after driving all the way there and queuing, I was told I couldn't make a return there and would instead have to return via the Post Office. Either the website needs updating or more needs to be done in stores for customers to be able to make returns there.

I absolutely adore mint velvet and almost everything in my wardrobe is from mint velvet. I am well known in my local boutiques, Bath and Cardiff but I also buy mint velvet from John Lewis, online and second hand from vinted. However, recently I have noticed a real decline in the quality of the clothes. At Christmas I purchased a pair of gorgeous studded boots but inside the boot there is no comfort to the sole and you can really feel the join between the sole and the heel. It is so raw, it actually feels like it could snap as you walk. I bought a pair of flared jeans only a few weeks ago. The size 12 was too big for me so I purchased the size 10 as well as I liked them so much but these are too small! How can there be such a discrepancy between 2 sizes? Finally, I purchased a pair of wide leg jeans in Cardiff boutique 2 weeks ago, new season stock, the pocket on one side is too shallow and the lining keeps poking out as you wear them. The hem on one leg also keeps turning up and will not lie flat, the other side is fine! Your prices have increased massively recently but the quality just isn't there any more. I'm so disappointed, it's the only brand I like.

I received a jacket with some faults and reported this to Sophie in customer care. Once I had provided her with photographs of the fault she arranged for return of the jacket. She then sourced me a replacement jacket from a store. Furthermore Sophie followed the return of the jacket and ensured the replacement was sent promptly

I just wanted to say what a lovely experience I had in your Aberdeen Union Square store. Judith was an absolute pleasure. So helpful in finding sale / out of stock items at your Glasgow store (and they and online were out of a medium and a 14 size) and just amazing customer service re the purchases I did make in store. I think it's really important that good sales persons are acknowledged and rewarded by their Company as so many sales assistants can be pushy or unhelpful or uninterested in knowing their customers amd their requirements but Judith had the perfect balance. An absolute credit to herself and Mint Velvet stores. Made me think I would like to come back to Aberdeen if everyone is like her.
