Net interest is a joke
This is very subjective, but let me share some data points for all who are thinking about investing in Mintos. I've been with Mintos for approx. 4.5 years. Made almost €10k on interest, or approx. 9% a year. But, I paid 15% tax out of it, so we are down to €8,5k. €0.6 is bad dept (€ gone) and €7000 in overdue state. Some with a Russian landing companies for 3 years and now very recently from South Africa. Mintos says some are at 50% chance to recover, some 100% but it might take up to 3 years to get it back. Net interest I received after 4.5 years is €900 euros, instead of "claimed" €10k or 9%. Do the math yourself, not worth investing at all.

While there are several ways to mitigate the risk connected with investing at Mintos, as any other form of investment, investing at Mintos bears certain level of risk. In case of suspended lending companies, we always strive to recover 100% of the funds, yet there can be situations when this is not possible and in such situations, certain part of the funds can be classified as bad debt.
The value of your total interest received displays your historical performance, i.e. how much interest you have received since you started investing at Mintos.
As for the overdue funds, please be aware that we aim to recover the overdue funds as quickly as possible however the process as such is a very complex one and can take up to several years depending on various factors. Importantly, the overdue funds are not considered to be lost, they are to be recovered and we have managed to recover 100% of the overdue funds several times in the past and we intend to continue doing so.

I update my review. things are going much better so far. ABS are working pretty efficiently, Risk score seems to be more accurate. Certainly, for safer loans at a medium/high interest you need to comprimise a bit, by selecting loans with long term maturity. Frozen Loans ( mainly Russians) are still in a process of recovery, the procedure is slow, but Mintos provides monthly update, so much better than in the past.

Good experience
Good experience. They are diversifying their product offering. Good costumer support and fast fund transfers. However, the situation with the funds in recovery (either from the russian companies or the turkish one) is difficult to understand, as other similar investing platforms have already been able to repay back funds in similar situations to the investors. And no new information about the subject is given for a long time already.

user friendly and easy for investment beginners
I am using the services of Mintos for the past 3 years and never had a complaint.
