Pathetic

Probably the worst shopping experience ever that one could have. I ordered 10 sets of parker pens with them and i got the product only after a month and that too only after making innumerable calls! They had conveninetly forgotten about my order and whenever i asked them it my product had been shipped they said yes and later on when i asked for the shipping details they said that the product is unavailable and we cant refund your money so you will have to wait till we source it!! Thats completely bizzare. These people are so pathetic that they even have the audacity to say that you can go complain to the police if you want but we are not going to refund your money! Never in my life am i ever going to buy anything from them again nor would i recommend anyone to.
