I’m so disappointed with my experience with Mint & Lily. I had been staring at the cutest necklace for months and finally decided to order it. I actually ordered three because I planned to give them as gifts. When they arrived, all three looked dingy and nothing like I expected. I was so frustrated, especially since they were supposed to be gifts.

I also ordered the cutest pair of earrings and was so excited to wear them. Unfortunately, within seconds of putting them on, my ears started burning. I am highly sensitive to certain metals, and I had to take them out immediately.

I really wanted to love this jewelry, which makes the whole experience even more disappointing. Between the quality of the necklaces and the reaction I had to the earrings, I will not be ordering from Mint & Lily again.

I have never had horrible luck with a jewelry brand. They were advised as non tarnish and I have now followed through with 3 replacements for 3 separate orders. Every single piece chipped or tarnished. I was expecting an affordable everyday jewelry brand and was highly let down. Their customer service will attempt to make it right but the second you express failed advertisement they become unprofessional. Do not recommend this brand.

The jewelry is so cute and dainty. I am not dissapointed in all the items i have purchased.

They have such thoughtful and unique gifts and jewelry. I have bought several necklaces from them including one I wear every single day that still looks amazing. Their customer support is also PHENOMENAL and so helpful. I couldn’t recommend them enough. (Everyone and everything, but especially Gina in customer support)

So my fiance found mint and lily online just in time fir Christmas. That worked out great for me or so I thither. Right of the bat the 2 charms were gone from her bracelet and I wrote this off on my fiance. So when her neck and wrist turned green I unsubscribed and deleted my account. It was so disappointing to see how upset my fiancé was being she liked the jewelry so much. They're replacing the tarnished necklace and bracelet I guess she had gotten ahold of them. But do better mint ace lily. You should be giving gifting her a piece of jewelry for the disappointing jewelry I had already purchased.

The products look just as good online as they do in person. There were no glitches when selecting an item and zooming in to get a better look. The prices are amazing. I’ve purchased gold bracelets for my nieces and I love them, I’m sure they will too.
