If you need a house survey doing, I would really recommend Mike at Minster survey. The report is extremely thorough and comprehensive.
I have had 2 surveys done, one was 70 pages long, the other 62. The firsthouse I was assured was a lock up and leave and all work had been done, the survey identified this was far from the truth, and would have been a nightmare l, the second survey showed a house which needs a small amount of work but is a positive buy.
Along with a thorough report was a phone call to go through the findings and realistic and helpful advice.
These were level 2 surveys.
I’m absolutely delighted I found Mike to do the work.
They were cheaper than the estate agent recommended surveyors too.
