Unfortunately the very helpful lady on the counter and the obliging yard man are let down by the out-of-date policies of this company. I needed full size samples to show to a client so agreed to purchase them, but in the event of them not proving to be suitable they refuse to take them back - company policy! Crazy in this day and age. If you want to know companies that offer the same products but are more obliging (even giving full size samples without charge) let me know and I will point you in the right direction. Real shame, as i had hoped this could be a good supplier.

Not a good experience, the delivered pallet had broken slabs, when reported seller said that this should have been reported within five days, however I was not told while ordering to report within 5 days while ordering over phone.

Very pleased with the product. Had a minor issue with a delivery which was sorted very quickly. Excellent customer service, emails answered within a short time and helpful on the phone.
