Not very professional attitude and very…

Not very professional attitude and very expensive to sell and prices achieved very very low. If you sold a few decent items and picked up say £200 for round numbers you would be lucky to get half of that by the time they had finished charging entry fees and commissions and adding VAT and whatever else. They also have a funny attitude sort of passive aggressive. Seem nice enough to start with then can turn in a second to offish and annoyed. Hard to put into words but a bit big for their boots. Tried them a few times buying and selling but would definitely not recommend this place either way. Sell your stuff on Facebook or eBay. Better prices and you keep all the money. As for buying there are no comebacks and they are not interested if the things you buy are broken, damaged or otherwise no good.

Disappointing

Bid in a recent toy auction for a Dinky Toy which was described in the auction catalogue as 'very good' condition only to find on receipt it had obviously been repainted. I know the auction motto is 'buyer beware' but I didn't consider travelling some 400 miles to inspect one lot in an auction so relied on the expertise of the auction house as many do these days.
