They have been a utter disappointment…

They have been a utter disappointment and dismal in post service.

We ran into a problem and were sent around from pillar to post between different individuals and on every occasion we got a different response varying from device no longer supported to you should come through the dealer since you purchased from one of our dealers.

As at the time of writing this review we are still nowhere nearer to fixing the problem we face nor clearly being able to establish who is servicing/attending our ticket.
