Warning – Scam company
I strongly advise others to avoid this company.
I waited nearly 4 weeks for my order, and when it finally arrived, the products looked nothing like the pictures. The T-shirt was of very low quality with a poor fit – extremely disappointing.
When I contacted customer service to request a return, I was told that I would have to pay for return shipping, customs, and other fees myself. Instead of resolving the issue, they offered me a 20% discount on a future purchase, which is completely unacceptable.
This feels like very misleading and deceptive business practices. I have reported the case.

Absolutely shocking customer service…
Absolutely shocking customer service ordered a big order took 4 weeks to come (fine) the main item is clearly misprinted and they cannot see what is wrong with it. Expect me to accept a 10% refund on the 1 item when I want to send it back at their cost. Again saying cant see anything wrong with it. Claiming now for goods not recieved as I purchased. I would avoid if you have a problem with them.

Heads up - this is a seller from China so package will take about 3 weeks. I only say this because it's not clearly stated in the advert. The shirt is good quality. The material is thicker and not that paper thin material some tshirt companies use. The sizes are true. Sometimes that can be an issue with overseas companies. The tracking is ok internationally but can be spotty in the states.

Brilliant T-shirts, prints and prices. Just expect a couple of weeks wait but that’s the trade off for the low prices. Option to divert to inpost locker. Will definitely buy again.

Excellent site with a huge array of T-shirts. T-shirts are great quality, hard wearing and long lasting. Designs are great and durable. Vintage ones are boss. Customer service was excellent. I accidentally ordered the wrong size and emailed them. They responded immediately and sorted it out. Delivery times are random, latest order came within two weeks. Norton does pop up a warning when I go to the site, but it is perfectly safe. This is the first time I’ve used the site but my wife has used it several times now.

Really good quality t-shirts and a wide range of designs, with a good sense of humour too. The shirts are very wearable and last long. My only criticism is that they do send you A LOT of emails, most filled with offer codes and links which don't really work, but the company is legitimately trustworthy. Delivery takes a little longer but the shirts are worth it.

Poor sizing for USA customers
Hi the sweatshirt is amazing however it needs to be sized for u.s. customers in the u.s. ads. I wear a small in the USA however the smallest size you have available is a medium, so I ordered the medium and when I received it even that was too small so it fits me very snug, unfortunately. I should have ordered a large. Please reconsider sizing your clothes appropriately in the USA.

I recently ordered a hat from the website and was excited for it to show up. However, when I go to check the shipping status, or even access the website, I am unable to. I want to order that same shirt in another color and some other ones I saw on your website.
However I can't get on your site from either a computer or smart phone.
I get error messages on both Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome:
The connection for this site is not secure
minocustom.com sent an invalid response.
I don't know if this is related to my Spectrum internet provider, some setting on Windows and Android, or something else.
Since it's happening on both Windows and Android maybe it is pointing to Spectrum somehow.
So far I got this same error from one other website but everything else is working OK.

I wish I could rate 0 stars. I placed an order exactly 1 month ago, and have not received a shipping notification, or tracking info. They just took my money and went radio silent.
I reached out to MinoCustom's support twice, and they never got back to me.
MinoCustom, if you see this, it is order MCT12561 and you either owe me my shirts or my money back.
I'm probably going to have to do a chargeback on my card to get my money back.
