Hi Reanna,
I am really sorry for the bad shopping experience you had on my website.

After checking the website system, I found that the order information sending system as well as the email containing the file download link did not work as expected.

So, after successfully purchasing, you did not receive the email containing the download link for the design you purchased.

In addition, I thought that after successfully paying, you would be redirected to the design download page. It seems that you closed the browser tab immediately after you successfully paid, so you could not be redirected to the design download page.

I have sent you a new email containing the file download link.
We appreciate your understanding.

Hi Natalie,
I think I sent an email with an attachment that fixed the SVG file issues that were causing the Cricut Design Space to fail.

I hope you can check back and try opening the SVG again.

Hello, it looks like you are having problems downloading files and you don't understand how the website works.
The way it works is as follows:
- After successful product selection and payment, the payment system automatically returns to the website and displays a download page for you to download immediately.
- In case you are not redirected to the Download page, you will receive an email sent to you via your purchase email. Please double check the purchase email you provided is correct or not so that the system can send you an email.
