Cheapest and worst quality I have experienced! Purchased a basic ironing board for £40 which disintegrated after first use. Stay away from this brand, and buy a proper quality product somewhere !

Airer broke by the rivets apparently has a 3 year warranty but unfortunately the customer service advisor I spoke to couldn’t resolve the issue.
I sent photos of the damage along with the code and packaging information item was a year old but he thinks it’s made in 2010.

We love our Minky clothes airer. Unfortunately it broke, but customer service were extremely fast to respond and send out a replacement.

Brilliant item and 5 star customer Service
I recently ordered a replacement part for one of my Minky items. I cannot speak highly enough of how helpful and well i was treated as a customer, probably the best customer service i've ever had. Would highly recommend buying from them :)

I would have given this company 5 stars…
I would have given this company 5 stars due to its response of a slight complaint. This was in reference to its spare parts for the Minky airer. The star caps were slightly fragile. However, the company acted positively in sending out further spares free. So very impressed with that.
