My wife saw this bag, loved it and thought it would be perfect for her needs especially the lunch bag/shoe portion and separation compartments. I will say off the top, the style of the bag IRL is pretty unappealing. Its bulky with the lines and zipper design is just sort of ugly. The insulated lunch bag this bag comes with is narrow and small so you need to go purchase some new containers if you want to use the lower compartment portion of this bag for carrying lunch. That same compartment can also be used for carrying track sneakers but nothing really else unless you don't mind them being crushed a bit so I would be wary if you are a larger shoe size or wear anything mid-high. The quality gets dicey at the columns on either end of the bag, as they collapse and crunch up at the bottom making the bag look sloppy and dumpy.
Finally, if you want to return the merch to Minkeeblue you have 14 days, unused, all packaging and paper. Otherwise, you are married to your new ugly bag like we are!
