absolute joke
no communication. no information about the shop being closed for holidays. the telephone goes straight to a fax. the website does not reply to communication via email. the email does not reply to communication via email. the delivery was delayed for two weeks without explanation. no reply at all to correspondance. in comparison to fantasyshop.gr or any other found on skroutz, minivault feels like a scam site - except its not. its an actual shop that beyond all expectations is still actually open. so i guess its run by any one of the classic basement dwelers that live with their μαμα in the υπογειο and are 60 years old. they expect the customer to be told what to do and wait until they are damn good and ready to get up off their lazy tax free arses and open the door. rather than sell stuff, a good campfire tale about how the good old days are brilliant and nowadays nobody knows respect for the 'craft' or some such bullshit. avoid at all costs. classic older generation greek mentality
