Free version is crap. Fake promises are made, and there is misinformation even on their website, but you can never extend un-adjacent partitions with free version. I don't know about paid version, I didn't buy it because they tried to sell their crap through fake promises.

great customer service, easy to use program well worth the money. don't hesitate to buy, and contact them if there's a problem you will be satisfied.

I had an issue with the licencing of the MiniTool Software. I got an immediate personal response and it was solved within an hour. Such great and quick Service is very rare today! Thank YOU !

I don’t how the guys here are working, but they are lightning fast with the answers. Believe me, i came across tons on customer service throughout my life, but not all of those experiences were satisfying. There were services that would answer in couple of days. So, the instant answers are always appreciated. What about the product it’s solid considering low price that they ask.

I've been using MiniTool's Partition Wizard, and ShadowMaker for just over three years without issues.
Their after sales service is excellent, providing prompt and efficient feedback and guidance where needed.

My most recent experience with their support was with Mia, who addressed my queries to my satisfaction.

MiniTool's Partition Wizard recently failed with a registration issue error message. I first reported the issue at about noon on a Friday. Saturday morning's suggested fix didn't work. Sunday morning's fix worked just fine. Hats off to MiniTool and Jason for exceeding my expectations.

I bought MiniTool Partition Wizard. Unfortunately this app was not able to do the advanced thing I wanted it to do (resize an Ex4 partition on an external drive from within Windows) but I quickly got my money back without a hassle. Ace company with friendly people.

I changed computers and had problems activating my products and Jason was patient with me and helped me in a very timely manner

The best ever PDF Editor out there in the Market. My old laptop of 3 years crashed while and I needed a PDF Editor for my new laptop. Fortunately with the advise from the customer support at Minitool I was able to install my Minitool Pdf Editor on my new laptop using my license of the Ultimate Edition that I had on my old laptop.

I have used these products for a number of years and they have always been reliable. Great software and value. I've had very good customer service when I needed my keys recovered.

They responded to my problem very promptly and had good options to solve it.

By far one of the fastest apps when it comes to opening files

To be honest MiniTool is one of the best software for storage device. Before using MiniTool I used several software and none of them are better than MiniTool. MiniTool after sales service is fantastic because they respond immediately my enquiry.

I have used MiniTool products for several years. They are a great value for the price. Perhaps more impressive is their service team. Problems crop up due to user error and not reading available material carefully, transferring licenses to new computers, etc. The first response time is very impressive. The give-and-take follow-ons are also prompt, patient, knowledgeable, and get the issue solved. I rate this company and its people at five stars plus!

I bought minitool, and when I had a licence problem the service generously solved it.

I've used MiniTool software for over 10 years and love it. I recently had to update my processor/motherboard and needed to reinstall all of my software and couldn't find my MiniTool licence key. I emailed them, told them the problem, and they responded within 10 minutes, even though it was 2am in Vancouver (where they are I believe). As soon as my current backup software licence expires I'm going to switch to their "Shadow Maker" software too. Love these guys.
