I was having trouble with a licensing issue and received friendly assistance who fixed the problem for me easily. Definitely recommend the product as well as the service.

This is a review of MiniTool.
I have used their MiniTool Partition Wizard product for nearly 4 years.
I started with it when I became fed up with a competing product because the competing product was buggy and the competing product tech support was in no rush to fix the bugs.
I have used MiniTool Partition Wizard with Windows 10 Pro 64 bit and recently upgraded to Windows 11 Pro 64 bit.
I recently discovered that my Rescue Media was still being created with Windows 10 PE.
I contacted MiniTool and had tech support rep., Yoga.
He/she was excellent. Yoga responded promptly. Yoga gave me useful, helpful instructions, patient explanations, and followed up promptly each time I had a further question. Yoga solved my problem and I was not only able to get the Rescue Media created with Windows 11 PE, but I was also able to correct Recovery file winre.wim problems on two of my bootable ssd's.
I am extremely pleased with MiniTools Partition Wizard and extremely pleased with their tech support and rep., Yoga.

I explained what my problem was and he fixed it from his end.

I bought MiniTool Power Data Recovery in July 2023 to recover various important files which were deleted by mistake. That worked fantastic!
In November 2025 I faced a system crash and lost also the program 'MiniTool Power Data Recovery'.
Customer Support of MniTool send me immediatly a new download link for the program and I was able to rescue all my files without any additional cost.

My husband purchased a tower for me few years ago shortly before passing away; I taught computers pro bono, a student accidentally spilled a large drink on my tower, Nov. 2021. In the meantime, I had to use a computer just to get by, without my RTX graphics card, missing my sound blaster, I found myself using small laptops to get by, while saving up the money, or buying what I needed to replace the bits and pieces nece$$ary to equal what I lost.
Well, I've finally put together my dream machine, a tower, and just tried to install Partition Wizard, a popup said I had exceeded the number of machines available. I just contacted Chat, and Mia was able to unbind the last machine I used! I am so happy, I can't live without Partition Wizard, it makes every aspect of partitioning a breeze, especially when time is money.
The pleasure I derive from Partition Wizard is knowing the unmistakable power it provides, making partitioning a breeze! What an intuitive and elegant masterpiece it is! The GUI is absolutely brilliant, giving us an insight as to what's happening under the hood, making it for fail-safe navigation!
MiniTool creators are geniuses, not just for partition management, but recovering lost files, booting up using its app, even audio/video apps from all walks of a graphic enthusiast's point of view. A great company, I feel safe to keep around!

MiniTool Movie Maker is a great tool for design a very complete video clip for presentations. It has all you need to make a quick response for last hour request. It has a very quick learning curve. There's no need to wade through endless menus for a standard, though not trivial, production. MiniTool Movie Maker has everything you need to create a respectable product.

Support for this app is top notch! The app got corrupted after I had to do a System Restore and I couldn't find my license key. I sent support an email and they got back to me right away. They were able to locate my license key and I was back up and running in no time.

are brilliant. Have had a couple of problems in my first year as a customer and they were sorted out within 12 hours. Customer service is spot on. They are extremely helpful and go the extra mile.

Since 2015 that I have been a user of MiniTool Software and never had an issue with their software or Support.
My latest interaction (26 Nov 2025) , was related to moving my licenses from my dead PC to my new PC. After I sent my email out, I got a reply with a couple of hours (4 hours !!) with instructions and clarifications related to my licenses.
If more companies were as driven to Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction as MiniTool is, we would all be more relaxed and happy with Customer Support.
It's not just for their software but also for their Customer Support, that MiniTool is a Company that I have recommended to many people since 2010.

Really fast customer service, and always reliably reset my license when my computer inevitably dies.

MiniTool tech support was very responsive. I had an issue using the sync feature of ShadowMaker; I kept getting a 'failed' sync notification. After providing technical support with the requested screenshot and log files they identified the problem as a single file. Once I deleted the file the sync completed without error. I am currently using the trial version of ShadowMaker and was pleasantly surprised MiniTool provides this level of support for a free app. I am still assessing performance, but I will likely purchase or subscribe in the near future.

As a small IT business owner, I've been using Minitool Software for almost 4 years on large scale. It's very helpful and easy to use software. The customer service is very exceptional.
