Absolutely no inconvenience with refunding the money for the broken product.
I recently bought a playstation 2 controller from miniinthebox for about 10$, but as it turns out, the controller had been damaged during shipment. I contacted miniinthebox on this matter and sent them a few pictures of the damaged controller, a few days later, miniinthebox refunded the full price to my paypal account, plus the insurance I bought along with the product.
There has been absolutely no inconvenience with miniinthebox. And I will certainly do business with them again.

The shipping takes a long time, it is a bit expensive, but the products has good quality
I´ve only ordered a couple of items from miniinthebox and so far I´m happy. Three headlamps, one airsoft mask, one watch and one keyring-watch. Everything worked just fine, but the keyring-watch. The clock didn´t work. To Sweden, the shipping takes approximately 1-2,5 months. The merchandise is expensive, for being cheap chinese stuff and the shipping isn´t long at all. Now a days I usually stick to such websites as fasttech.com or nothing at all.

No value for money: hidden duties and fees, bad after sales service.
Bad experience. I bought for 350 sek (40 Euro) with free shipping and I had to pay 285 sek (32 Euro) at the delivery, because of custom duties and admin shipper fees. + 80% of the price showed at the website! I claimed, asked for refund, sent several mails, etc.. but NEVER got any responce by mininthebox. Good attracting website but cheating behind. If I were you I would not buy there.
