At first, there was some confusion around a miner that turned out to be defective, and the support team initially expected me to cover the return shipping. However, the CEO stepped in personally, handled the situation, and made sure it was resolved at no charge to me.

I really appreciated that level of involvement and the courteous, helpful way he dealt with it. Once that was sorted out, the rest of the coordination went smoothly, and the communication was always professional.

It’s reassuring to see a company take responsibility when something goes wrong and actually work to fix it. I appreciate the support I received and would be happy to work with them again in the future.

i received few miners without original packaging, scratched like they where repaired, used, and on contact when i ask for instructions, they answered that youtube has a lot.

Fast processing, minor packaging issues (one fan arrived broken), complaint handled immediately. The quality of the used S19 miners sold is rather low. One hash board failed exactly 3 days after the 6-month warranty expired.

Good and reliable service, both when buying and repairing

The NerdQaxe++ runs smoothly, compute power on near enough the default settings have clocked 5.5THs at consumption of 15~17 W/TH. I’m working towards an off-grid system, otherwise I'd buy a lot more now, at the sale price it’s a steal.

Delivery was prompt, at extra cost, but I’ve no qualms as everything was despatched together. I had a problem with a different supplier wrongly sending my order out in parts, costing me double for customs charges.

I work constantly with him. Deserve it.

Got the S19 for a great price and it arrived in just 3 days. Clearly, the miner has already seen some use, but it runs perfectly. With Braiins OS preinstalled, setup and performance tuning were super easy. Just perfect to keep my garage nice and warm :)

Serious service, I removed a star (if I could I would have given 4.5/5) just a slight lack of information on the connection of the device for a novice... But quick response to correct the situation!
