My husband and I both have been scammed by Zan and Mining Automatic, everything that’s been said we’ve experienced, the lies, the ghosting, our investment with them seems to have disappeared just like their website. If anyone has file a lawsuit against them I’d like to hear from them.

This company and their contract is a scam that many have fallen victim to and they never respond after you wire the funds and wait for months .I have filed with regulatory authorities including evidence to prove it and want some justice as no one is responding

Zan continues to flag my reviews. Absolutely do not invest with Zan or mining automatic. It’s a giant scam. I invested 100k based on the promises Zan made. He is absolutely a scam artist. Be very aware.

Deplorable behaviour! They're masters of duping people out of their funds. Their promise of high returns was a lie. They drain your funds right before your eyes, leaving nothing but disappointment. PAIVA is a trustworthy partner, providing timely payments and top-notch services.

I initially invested 70K in their sister company youtube automation which ended up folding. We had a contract for a guaranteed % refund if the performance wasn't happening. I was pushing for my refund when they convinced to move over to mining automatic --- over 10 months passed with no movement and broken promises -- now they have moved on to something else with "guaranteed" returns -- it's beyond frustrating. No communication - bad business model. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY.

The payout started off well but after one quarter they stopped. Company is not responding. Going to report them to the them to the Federal Trade Commission. I would not recommend signing on with this program.

The company is very pushy to make you invest $25K but once they received the wire transfer, then they would not respond. They only paid out about $700 in 7 months, afterwards nothing since January 2025. they are currently offering some other way to get money back, but it all seems the money is gone. Definitely a scam. I lost all $25K.

Absolute scam , stay away, everytime you go to withdraw the funds they come up with another issue not to pay you and then say if you pay more they will release the funds. Avoid online scam!!! I thought my money was gone forever but the company website details in my profile name / profile photo helped in reclaiming my money

Bad company!! My savings would have been gone if not for the team written in my bio photo / name helped me in retrieving my refund of 30,000€ that I invested

I invested in this company owned by zan shaikh and etc . Before investing I talked to him and he assured me investment is safe and low risk . I even took his class. They paid for few months but after that payment stopped . Its been many months. There were couple of excuses or justification

1. bitcoin dropped
2. electric cost is high
3. infrastructure cost
etc

At that time I believed them .

Then they told us they sold the company and distribution will be stopped until they close the deal. They said sale will close end of year and funds will be returned . There was no document provided that company was even sold . I just trusted customer service agents ( Arbi , Tiffany , Huguette , Marco ) . All these guys were great until they ghosted. I cant get hold of any of them . Its creepy .

They told us that some trading software called repica8 will be provided that would compensate . Zan even gave video message. I thought it was good until I didnt hear back for weeks .
Then I wrote on whatsapp to Zan and his team . I found out all customer service is gone , site is down . Zan responded saying sale is done. docs will be sent Q2'25 and final payment end of 2025. He and another person are the only support. How can you shutdown company 9 months before sale closes ? There is no update to investors . All red flag !!

With all these it's hard to believe even what Zan says who I believe cares for his reputation. Its on him to prove us wrong and gain investor trust .

I suggested to him to provide regular updates and provide concrete paperwork to gain investor confidence

Time will tell but I am not hopeful.

Stopped receiving payouts, missing 6 so far. Company has gone silent, completely ghosting us. Our investment sales rep is no longer working for the company, doesn't look good. I'd say to those writing good reviews, wait a 3 to 4 months and see if your payouts stop as well as the communication.

I committed some funds with this firm more than 3 months ago but so far my experience with them has been nothing but disappoint. My advisor informed that the firm is in the process of being sold out to another entity. I received this info finally after many follow ups and ignored requests. I've not received a single dime out of my initial investment yet. The current expectation is the acquisition of the firm finalizes by Q4 this year. I'm not sure how reliable this promise is. Currently the website of the company only says "We'll be back soon!" The link for signing to account is broken as of now. Stay away from this firm and their incompetent and irresponsible management.

It is a waste of time if you try to engage with this company because they are not legitimate and they are only here to manipulate you and steal your funds. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. I recommend PAIVA. They constantly pay.

I keep getting problem codes when I try to log in with my details, I had alot of bad exprence.
Sticking to the firm on my display picture is best for me this business has been providing me with excellent service.

I wired them $100K last October. Only thing I've received since is around $3500. I was told for 3 months they were updating their systems and didn't receive any payouts. Now they're claiming they are selling the company and the new buyer will reimburse me my money. They are saying it could be Q2 or end of the year?! In the meantime they are trying to sell me on their AI trading platform and claim I would be using someone else's money. I would have to register with other companies, give them my social and give MA my login and passwords. It's Alice and Wonderland with this company. Do not risk your money as I did....worst mistake of my life.

I have also had a very Negative experience with Mining Automatic and Zan. I was also misguided by other reviews I read and swayed by the companies promises. Here is my real review of the company after investing a year plus ago. I wonder if any of these positive reviews are real. I have had a very negative experience with Mining Automatic. I was promised payments on time, and a 4-5% return monthly. I think in over a year I have received one payment on time, and almost every one is 3%. The payments are always late if i get them and I always have to ask my CSM many times to get my payout. I am sure if i never reached out, i would not get paid. This isn't passive in any way, as they promise. They always have an excuse as to why I am not getting paid. They continue to say they are looking into it and will get me paid, but every month it gets delayed more and more. I am sure at some point they will try to completely stop paying. I would do yourself a HUGE favor and definitely stay away from Mining Automatic!

We were referred to this company by a friend who had recently invested in their mining opportunity. Had a consult with someone who guaranteed 5 BTC in 5 years with a 25k investment. Was told the onboarding process would take about 45 days. That was for new mining equipment and more miners. The process ended up taking nearly 4 months since our investment went through. Unfortunately, we were not investing in actual mining. The payout amount was merely a percentage of our initial investment of 25k. This means they are using our investment for other things - not for specific mining for us personally. That was the biggest red flag. Anybody can do an investment and get a certain percentage of return, I thought this was actual mining of BTC. Since our first payout on 6/18/24, we have been paid out $3,295, with only $63 in the last 5 months. They had explained that they were doing updates and having issues with sending payments, but getting so little in the last few months is unacceptable. At this rate, we will be lucky to get our investment back in these 5 years. Unfortunately, I do not recommend investing in this company.
