I researched the items I purchased - and Minimal & Modern not only had the best price - but, the customer service was really great - even with one of the pieces backordered. They kept me informed - and got the last piece out in a timely manor. I even changed that last piece to a "white glove" delivery - AFTER the fact. We were all able to coordinate - so that the delivery guys could actually take it up a flight of stairs for me. They were terrific.

I wish there is a review less than 1 star.
this company is a fraud DONT BUY FROM THEM.
I bough a table in august until now no delivery date yet.
phone # isn't not legit so you cant talk to anyone all i receive is an email saying our warehouse is closed.

This company is a fraud, never use it!!!! They charged me $599 for the order which was never delivered and refund $30 less, no emails, no explanations though.

I placed an order for a table, which they then told me was back ordered after the fact. I tried to call several times to cancel, but the line kept going dead, and they repeatedly texted me to say that they couldn't hear me on the line, but nothing was wrong with my phone. I have serious concerns about the legitimacy of this company. Ultimately they told me they would refund my order by email, but I've marked the transaction as fraudulent just to be safe. Buyer beware!

Minimal & Modern has outstanding customer service, a rare find these days! I will definitely be shopping there again.

So many bad reviews here for this company. I got very nervous after reading them. I had just placed my first order with M&M and was discouraged when they emailed me saying the order was going to be delayed...twice. The TP reviews made me feel like I was going to be scammed. It's true that they don't have a customer service phone number. HOWEVER, they came through with my delivery on schedule, as per our 2nd delivery date plan. (Was this because I emailed them twice ?? not sure). The TOV cabinet I purchased came very well packaged with no damage. I am really happy with my purchase and attribute the 2 delays to the global supply chain problems. If I had come with the other company (that charged $50 less for the same piece) I would still be waiting at least another 2-3 weeks or more. So I may try working with M&M again.

Don't buy. They initially communicated to emails and gave an ETA in August but now it's October and my order has still not arrived. They have stopped responding to emails. I don't know what to do. It's over 1000$ worth of furniture. They stole my money. I don't know if the credit card will dispute it since it's already 3 months

SCAM!!!! I ordered a table early June 2021 it is now middle of September I have not received anything! I called several times the phone number does not work. I emailed several times no response. Will now have to file a claim with my bank. Do Not waste your time!!!!

Please avoid Minimal and Modern. They sell items that are not in stock and keep delaying by weeks. My order was lace on 08June2021, and they are now telling me it will be in stock on July13th and then 2 days to process and another 7-10 days for shipping. They have done this multiple times already. I don't trust it will even come in July. Now they are giving me run around to cancel and give refund.

This company is a scam! They immediately charge your card but never return emails and there is no real customer service number. I emailed several times about a very expensive order I placed and never heard from anyone. Had no choice but to file a claim with my bank to get my money back. BEWARE!!!

THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY! STAY AWAY! I MADE AN EXPENSIVE PURCHASE AND NEVER RECEIVED THE PRODUCT. THEY DO NOT HAVE CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND THE PHONE NUMBER IS A HOAX AS WELL. I MAY HAVE TO SUE THIS COMPANY JUST TO GET MY MONEY BACK.

I placed an order for the Wheelz Scooter before Christmas.
This company took payment quickly.They sent an order confirmation that said I would be notified when my order shipped.
The order must not have been shipped because I was never notified or provided a tracking number.
I have emailed them repeatedly for help from a shipping clerk or customer service for help getting order number 11029 shipped or provide a refund.
All my emails have been ignored.Keep your money and do not do business with this unscrupulous company.

Everything went perfectly smooth with my order. It looks amazing!!!!! I ordered 2 new bedroom dressers and they came in perfect condition and the quality amazing. Jeremy was super helpful when I called about tracking and delivery.

My experience with minimal and modern was honestly not great. Their prices were better than most and they had stock when other places didn't, The problem I had was that the products arrived much later then I was told and it was extremely hard to get through to customer service. After 6 months i finally did receive my product and they did compensate me for the long wait

I am giving a 5 star rating because of the exceptional customer service I received from Lester Bueno at Minimal and Modern. There were some shipping concerns and I told Lester of my concern, especially since I read some negative customer reviews. Lester was in communication with me almost daily with updates as to the receipt of my chair.

The chair was finally delivered after a month from the order input. It was packaged exceptionally well and easy to assemble. Love the beautiful hanging chaise - It was well worth the wait!

With the TLC I received from Lester, I am considering ordering another chair just like it. Thank you Lester!

Beautiful chairs, lovingly packed and in perfect condition (I was worried because they are white sheepskin). Excellent customer service from Jeremy who helped me place the order and checked up after it was delivered. Looking forward to shopping here again!

Very happy with my purchase. I purchased a loveseat and was alerted that it was ready to be delivered sooner than expected. I was out of town at the time so rescheduled for a later delivery date. The loveseat came on the rescheduled date on time and to my happy surprise it was already assembled and in great condition. So excited and very satisfied with Minimal Modern and will definitely shop there again!
