Minihooo 

The company sure took my $80 right away, but never sent the product, never replied to my emails. It's been several months now. I guess I will lodge a dispute with my credit card company.

Ordered for a Christmas gift at the beginning of December. Even accounting for late delivery, nothing arrived despite payment being taken immediately. Direct and Facebook enquiries were ignored - fortunately what I ordered was not too expensive. Even received a request from Minihooo for a review. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I ordered a lovely craft kit on 01/12/21 and payment was taken immediately. The item was never shipped and the emails and Facebook messages I sent were ignored. I eventually had no option but to raise a dispute with my bank who are investigating. I was then astounded to receive an email from Minihooo asking me for a review. I submitted my review to their website and oddly enough I can't find it. It appears the only reviews they publish are the 5 star ones.

Given them 1 stars wish it could be less. Ordered a beautiful looking kit after seeing glowing responses on Facebook and their reviews. That was early December, still haven't received it 2 months on. I've emailed and left messages on their fb and nothing. Are they still trading? Disgusting company

I ordered Sam's Study in early November for a Christmas present after reading a lot of happy comments on Minihooo's Facebook page. I received the product on the 24th of December. The box was severely damaged. I emailed Minihoo with photos of the damaged box, asking to be notified of their returns / refund process. They did not reply. I then sent the same message through their website contact, and also through Messenger on their FB - still no reply.
I then posted a photo of the damaged goods directly on their FB page, asking them to reply to my email. The post was removed, and I still haven't heard from them.
The product seemed lovely but I am beyond disappointed with Minihooo's complete lack of service.

Same. Avoid them unless you're happy to give your money away. Ordered a gift for Christmas. Took my payment and then never heard another word. Never responded to any of my emails. Now have credit company chasing them up. They disappeared for awhile but lo and behold they're advertising again. Believe none of it.

Just thought I'd say a sarcastic thanks, but no thanks for ruining my experience of receiving a lovely gift from my boyfriend. He ordered the beautiful library for me as I am a huge booklover. He has chased and e-mailed you frequently for tracking details and to find out where my gift is. Basically, you've not responded at all, and defrauded him out of the money spent. This is disgusting, reprehensible behaviour. The least you can do is refund him immediately.

Same experience here. Dreadful company.
Ordered beginning of December, haven't received anything and their communication is ZERO.
They are simply NOT replying to any of my enquires.

They are scammers. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I'm now £60.00 down and have nothing to show for it.
Scum bags

First time customer and last time ,recently came across minihooo via Facebook the items looked cool, decided to order a friends related item which was a small replica of Monica’s door but as a keyholder.
Quick to take payment ,advertised as 2 to 7 days delivery time. I’m now at 14 days from paying and the item still hasn’t been shipped ,used the contact form on the website which says response within 48hrs and nothing back from them.
Reached out to them via message on Facebook and got fobbed off promising delivery before Xmas instead of the time they advertised all while still advertising and selling it as 2 to 7 days delivery and deliberately misleading customers.
Buy from here at your own risk I got a feeling I will have to do a chargeback to get my money returned.
