Drivers were very friendly and…
Drivers were very friendly and efficient.
The female leaving messages was confusing and spoke too fast for us that are not used to British language.
They only answer phones at times, very hard to get on phone from US. Would not mind at all using same drivers but not same company. Though I must say every pick up was as scheduled and also flexible with a forewarning.

A great service with good communication
Great communication from the company, I had to change the pickup time a couple of times, and they were very accommodating. The driver arrived five minutes early and the journey went very smoothly. I’ll definitely use again!

Our driver was unbelievably helpful and kind - he made a potentially stressful journey super smooth :)
We were heading to the airport with a lot of luggage, and he was very on-time and loaded our baggage super safely. The car smelled lovely and clean, and on the other side he even gave us two pound coins for the trolleys for the luggage! It made our day.
Not to mention the fact that the journey was significantly cheaper than with Uber.

First off booking was extremely easy
First off booking was extremely easy, from the start, staff were on hand to help, calling a few days before to confirm and on the morning to let us know what was happening. We messed up and went to the wrong station exit and both the staff member on the phone and the driver were so helpful and understanding, it took all of the stress out of the situation. The driver came to us and was absolutely delightful. He helped us with our bags and got us straight in. His driving was so safe and careful and he got us to our destination in no time. I can't recommend this service enough, I was extremely stressed about travelling through London at 4am with an autistic child and this company took every bit of stress away. Staff were professional and courteous throughout the entire process. I cannot recommend highly enough! Thank you!

Driver was early!
Driver was early, friendly, just normal. Car lacked suspension if I’m being fussy but for the price of £97 to Stansted airport from tooting I couldn’t complain. I felt safe being a lady travelling at 1.45am all that way so would highly recommend them. Would use again without a doubt!

Great and reliable service
My family and I have used this service before and we cannot fault them. The drivers are always polite, respectful and friendly. He arrived on time and just the service was amazing. Other example of perfect TAXI service in London
I did receive confirmation call from MiniCabRide in 10-15 min after online booking and payment completion which was quite easy.
I'd like to give our driver Ahmed 6 starts if I could. He did arrive 8 min earlier and demonstrating good knowledge of the route and nice driving skills (there was a fog on the motorway) totally surprised me arriving 30-40 min earlier than any predictions and expectations. Driving from SW19 to Stansted Air port is a big challenge any time at any route.
Will recommend.
