I’d give no stars if possible - let down badly by this company - they didn’t even have the courtesy to let us know they couldn’t honour our booking

We booked and paid a deposit for this coach company to take a group of about 25 of us to Hyde Park for Proms in the Park. About 3 hours before we were due to be picked up they told us they didn't have a driver. I don't think they would have bothered to tell us if we hadn't kept phoning to find out what was happening. They even tried to avoid our calls. We had to go by train in the end. Don't use this company. They will take your money and let you down.
