I received the wrong part - but customerservice resolved it fast and easy
I received the wrong part. I ordered a open fram 12GPU and I received another open frame rack with the wrong dimensions. It is not useable for me. I hope they send me the correct one as ordered as fast as possible.
I contact the customer support and they are sending me the correct part, like it should. Without any problem, it was a stock eror. This can happen. They nicely helped me out as soon as possible. Top service!!

Bitaxe Gama 601
Hello,
My purchase arrived safely, but the address printed on the package was incomplete. You have my full address in the order details, yet the package only showed the street name and a random number. Fortunately, my phone number was correct, so the courier was able to contact me.
I also have concerns about the miner's performance. It is having trouble reaching the advertised 1.1 TH/s. Without any tuning, it runs below 1 TH/s.
This makes me feel that the miner may be of lower quality than expected.
Could you please look into both the shipping issue and the miner's performance?
Thank you.
