Have done rigorous research, yes it is scam.
After mining with them for a few years, when I am ready to withdraw, it became clear that they are infact scammers. My experience is the same where they asked me to jump through hoops doing KYC with HitBTC and after I've done all that, they stopped responding. Stay away. I wish I looked at these reviews earlier.

SCAM || worked fine until I got enough to withdraw, hashrate was then throttled, along with app no longer showing balance, then their website then became slow and unusable. Re-installed app, still no balance shown even while mining, only way to check balance is to use the painfully slow website. I'm thinking I got scammed..

Hi
To me it is a scam. I mined there for few months. Now I am unable to exctract the funds I mined. It is good that it is not more than 10$, but these are my money and they are holding it for months, because of a “technical issue”. What is that issue that can’t be solved more than 3 months…..
Anyway my advise is to stay away from those guys, there a plenty of better mining options out there.
