Calculations to fit solar panels 6 years after fitting.
I have had a Minera roof for 6 years and been very pleased with the service from architect initial drawing to delivery . They were very flexible to work round our builder's timeline.
6 years later I am putting solar panels on the roof and needed to know that the roof would accommodate them. Steve at Minera went out of his way to recreate the drawings that had been archived to confirm that everything was OK to proceed.
Oveall a great company, a credit to the building trade.

Just to commend Minera Roof Trusses for their prompt, efficient and courteous service through their recent supply of roof trusses to me. A good product, faultless service, delivered to time - and with cheer and good humour too. I'd never purchased roof trusses before but they made the whole process really easy - even sending extra component clips - entirely free of charge to me - when my fitters messed up in using the wrong ones to one part of the build. Marvellous. Thank you.

Dont use this company.
We placed an order and had issues with the trusses are there was so much movement in the floor. We had a site visit and it was agreed installation was correct by our joiner but that they would source a solution. But a week later they refused to rectify. Poor product and dreadful customer service

We are always happy to supply proof of our designs and products – in this case in the form of structural calculations, an external review by a third party and a visit to your site.
You did mention your wish to carry out a further review of the installation by a third party of your choosing. We would only encourage this and would be happy to provide your surveyor with any information required.

My dealings with Huw Jones and other staff members was fantastic, he and the company in general have delivered great customer services even though my quote kept changing constantly due to changes in what I needed this was dealt with in a professional manner. The delivery lead time was spot on and I would highly recommend this company to anyone.
