Excellent Perfume and Outstanding Quality

Ordered a set of samples, and even though the package was impeccable, one bottle was empty and the leaked perfume soaked all the other ones.

Quite disappointed because it was the best fragrance.

Always great and this new scent is beautiful

This is an update on order #WB-210227-D

I received two sample kits, neither were to the basic standard. They should’ve been. The first one had broken vials, and the second one contained two incomplete vials.

I requested a refund but only received a partial refund. I have written to the company and now I’m asking again to receive the additional amount to refund my total cost.

I have sent several messages and I hope to get a reply today. It’s very frustrating. If I had just gotten the samples, but wasn’t happy with their fragrance, that would be one thing, but the quality control practiced at MINE needs big improvements. If as much time was given to that as there is two descriptive emails of each fragrance, all would have been good.

Not all fragrances are for me but I found the one I cannot stop thinking of. Nevertheless, quality of perfumes from Mine family is outstanding. I hope the bottle I will buy will be exactly the same like the sample.

I received my cologne this morning and I am extremely satisfied. The delivery took a little longer than expected, but their customer service ended up sending a new one to my address. The scent is amazing. Very very pleased and will be purchasing more.

For what I paid for these 2 Colognes, I feel both products are over-rated. Glad that I only purchased the 50ml (1.7oz) size bottles. They don't carry their scent as long as stated, much shorter lived and not as intense. Essential oils are a far better product. To me, these products are a diluted composition of the the essential oils. The packaging is great and shipped in a timely manner, but disappointed with both colognes.

I bought the sample kit first, I really liked them all. Some had sweet, Smokey notes. I purchased shamrock, patchouli & narghile which were my favorites

Re: Order #WB-210227

I ordered a sample set and waited two weeks for delivery. When the package arrived, the exterior was in good condition but the sample box was mangled, and some of the samples were broken.

I requested a refund. Davide, the fulfillment and shipping associate, offered a refund or another sample so I decided to give them another chance. They shipped another sample kit and it came in a lot less time and in a much nicer package. It makes me wonder why they shipped the first one the way they had.

Two of the sample vials we’re nearly empty. In one kit, I had two of the same perfume samples.

I have written to them several times since getting my package and they are not acknowledging the problem. This morning I awoke to a message that my last email cannot be delivered.

I’d like a refund for what I consider to be an unfulfilled order. If we pay for 10 samples, we should get 10 different fragrances with vials being nearly full.

I hope to hear from you or I will take the next step forward. You have all of my information and should be able to make contact with me.

Got 2 discovery sets, almost all perfumes are quite nice, I had to make a list in my notes for when ordering in the future. The ordering and shipping went really well. The encasing, presentation is excellent. The scents have good silage and projection. I recommend them very much, can hardly wait to get a few bottles from MINE.

I recently placed an order (#WB-201214) which included complimentary perfume samples, as clearly stated at the time of purchase.

Unfortunately, the samples were not included in my package. I reached out to customer service three times and received no response for quite a while. When I finally did get a reply, I was simply told that the samples were out of stock at the time — and that was it.

No offer to send them later, no follow-up, no real attempt to resolve the issue. It was handled as if nothing had happened.

The perfumes themselves are excellent, which makes this even more disappointing. However, the customer service and overall approach to customers in this situation were very poor.

Great products, but unfortunately a very frustrating customer experience.

Second time I have bought from them and product fantastic and communication fantastic.

I enjoyed the fragrance, shipping is fast and nice detail.

I ordered the sample-set, and received it fast, in eastern-europe. Great shopping experience and great products.
