I ordered a real madrid shirt in october and it still hasnt arrived. They send me another one and same thing, no arrival. This site can be crappy(couldn’t use the curse word so but if i could i would because my experience with minejersey horrible).

I haven’t got my product yet because the post office returned it back to where it came from. They said they couldn’t find the address but I put the address correctly HOW DO I GET MY MONEY BACK??? I payed with PayPal by the way

Would like to say they are good, but I’ve been waiting for 2 months now and I’m starting to wonder if I got scammed. They don’t respond to me.

Bought a 20/21 chelsea jersey I love it no complain the shipping took less than 2 weeks was expecting longer, however it arrived and I am happy 😊

I order a Germany retro jersey from Italia '90 Word Cup. I craved for it since I was a kid, but on those times it was very difficult to have one. I've found recently this website where I could order it and I had high hopes. The prices and delivery through DHL express were pretty ok, the jersey material, stitching and design were decent, however everything was ruined by a really BAD printjob. They have printed the number on lower back instead of upper back as it supposed to be as on the original jersey version. The font was decent but the way they printed it just spoiled my jersey. I feel like i've thrown my money away in the wind. Right now there is no point returning it since it would cost me more to return it than the jersey's cost itself. If you were to order on this site, better order it without printjob. You can find the lettering on the internet and do it yourself.

I haven’t received my item almost 2weeks what should I do

I would give this 0 stars if possible. Took forever to get it and when I finally did, it was not even close to size XXL. I’m a bigger guy so I expect for jerseys to run a tad small but I ordered an XXL arsenal home 20/21 jersey from world soccer shop and it fit me great. Then, I got this piece of crap that might fit a 6 year old. Do not order from this company, it’s a complete scam.

Bought a German 94 jersey from these. The quality was great , all the Adidas tags . Only gripe would be the delivery but it was free and only took a month. I will definitely be using these in the future.

I was hoping not to have to write a mostly negative review, but I'm left with no other choice. Most of the reviews here are either very positive or very negative. There seems to be no happy medium with Mine Jerseys. In my case it is a tale of 2 orders. I tried them out at the end of last year. I ordered a customized jersey that took a month and a half to arrive, and when finally received, I was unhappy with the customization mainly because the number on the back was not centered. As others have stated, they are reluctant to refund any money. I was offered a $5 coupon which I declined. Finally I settled for what was about a 50% refund credit, and decided to use it to purchase 4 jerseys with only one getting a name and number. I am happy to say that the customization was much improved, however, shipping was even slower this time. Order placed Jan 22. I was told that because of the Spring Festival, the order would not be processed until after Feb 1. About a week later I got another email stating that it would be Feb 10 because the government extended the New Year holidays. After getting no shipping confirmation I contacted them on Feb 12 asking for a refund if there would be further delays. They replied that some items were out stock and would be restocked in 3-5 business days. Finally on Feb 19 I received the shipping notice with the tracking #. Package delivered today, March 16. Customized name and # much improved over the first order, but overall I wouldn't give this company more than 2.5 stars. No mas!

SIZING IS A GUESS!! I could not pick ZERO stars.

Issue- A 6 year old Real Madrid tracksuit (might) fit a 10year old. Asking for photos of your son wearing the clothing?? Unbelievable.

Solution offered- a discount off another purchase. Why would someone do this, only to have a repeat issue and be further out of pocket.

Customer service is laughable as they keep replying with the same offer despite you stating- you do not accept.

I know these are copies but is it really that difficult to follow the authentic manufacturers dimensions that are clearly displayed (in this case) on the Adidas website?

Anyway, lesson learned. Please don’t make this mistake and take your business elsewhere.

I ordered a women's jersey but it was too small, almost like a youth size.
They do not take returns or do exchanges so they offered me a small discount on a re-order, this time a men's size, when I chose the player jersey they emailed me to let me know they are a slimmer fit so I was able to get a fan shirt which was perfect. I am ordering another one as a gift!

Horrible customer service. I ordered 4 jerseys out of which one ran very small. According to them, it is the player version and I should have checked the size chart, which I already did before ordering. Then came a series of outrageous customer rep emails. First they wanted me to wear the jersey and send a photo, then they wanted me to buy a different jersey for which they will offer only 20% discount. At last they wanted me to cut or burn the jersey, make a video of it and only then they will send me a free exchange. Unbelievable! Not ordering anymore. Will escalate this to some form of consumer forum.

Great jersey. The quality of the jersey is amazing for 15-30$ and it's a bargain deal. The shipping takes forever (2-3 weeks) and mine got lost in the mail for a few days but thankfully was routed back to me. That's the only bad thing though. The prices on this website are great, the quality is great, even the customer service is pretty good. Also make sure to do a video review if you purchase something from here, it seems crazy but they gave me $15 cash credit for the video I made. Now I can pretty much get a customized jersey for half off.

SCAM!!!! I received jerseys which were inferior in manufacturing and asked that a return be processed as described on their website. Their representative went back and forth with me for 2 months asking for pictures of every jersey and why I felt they were not acceptable quality. Finally, I demanded the return which they accepted upon receipt of my package. One day after having been promised via email that I would receive my money back they emailed once again stating that the credit card company went bankrupt and I would have to dispute the charge with my bank. WHAT A SCAM

2 shipments,the second to compensate the first,the 2nd shipment still came with wrong name numbers and patches,strange sizes and a very unprofessional and unique support,I have all the support conversation saved. They even said if I want the refund or I pay with my money again to ship them back or I could destroy the jerseys and send photos of proof to get my refund,when I confront them where could I find that "destroying the jerseys to get refund" in their policy,they said it's an exception. In my opinion they just want to keep my money and then confront me saying that I destroyed his jerseys. This case is not closed and solved yet.

DO NOT BUY ON THIS SITE JUST BECAUSE ITS CHEAP,THE COMPANY IS THE SAME TYPE OF QUALITY
