Their service was more than what I expected. Regular updates about the shipment. The delivery time was so quick and I got exactly what I ordered. The Laptop is in a very good condition and it really looks new although it's a pre owned one.

🙁🙁🙁🙁🙁🙁 waited 3 days for them to get back to me about a product exchange. When I finally called them to about an update.. their staff just said they forgot. Really? I spoke to three people about this, you ALL forgot?
